Never had any problem and always very welcome to return Amazon packages here until today afternoon the staff gentleman with the glasses and beard if I am not mistaken sent me off because my phone/data signal was error so I couldn't get the internet. I asked him if I could use the store's wifi to retrieve email or Amazon app for return code but he doesn't seem willing to help and find any solutions at all. I would understand if it was store's policy not to let customer use their wifi, instead he just told me the store's internet is also on and off sometimes. Not even trying to check it either.
Do not mail/ship from here!!!! I went to ship two plastic key chains to California. I was told the price for regular USPS would be $98.00 and the cheapest shipping through UPS was $42.00. I immediately left and went to another mail place where I mailed my package regular USPS for $7.50.
I went to this store to inquire about simple rate boxes and was told by an older lady that this is a franchise store and that only "Brown" stores have simple rates. I asked her where was the closest store of this kind and she told me, " Just go down Atascocita Road and I will see it." Well, I have lived in this area for over 20 years and never saw a UPS store on Atascocita road. Co e to find out, it was in CVS as a pick up and drop off access store. So she lied to me. She will never see my business.
This store was as helpful as sopping wet dish RAG!!!! UPS is supposed to pack, label & ship items back to AMAZON. I was greeted tonight at this store with, you must LABEL, PACK, TAPE otherwise I have to charge YOU!!! UNREAL....I left & I won't be back to this lousy store!!!!
I have had a box at this store since 2016. I didn’t use to have problems till the store owners changed. Now I come in here and this store is always packed. I just come to pick up my packages and I have to wait 15 minutes to an hour because they don’t schedule enough people to work. They have the store open on the weekend and only one person working. This is ridiculous and honestly if I didn’t have this box for so long I would just move to another mailbox.
Unfortunately this is the store closest to me. Very disappointed at the long lines, the incomplete instructions given by staff when sending off returns to Amazon. If you can, find another store where the staff can give good complete information to help save you money, not trick into spending more
I was helped by Laurie. She was extremely rude when I asked to make sure my package was properly padded even mentioned Im happy to pay extra for additional padding so there was absolutely no reason for her to be so rude. When shipping out fragile expensive items I expect the customer service lady helping me to be a lot more diligent. Ever since I dropped off the package I’ve had a terrible feeling and have been very stressed my package wasn’t properly padded. I really really wish I would’ve had someone a bit more diligent, or just polite to ease my worries.. : very very disappointed with the customer service. Next time I will never be using UPS again thanks to Laurie
Had an Amazon drop off boxed up ready to go. UPS store charged me $2 to put 3 pieces of tape on the box… ridiculous
I came to this location to get a few forms scanned and the associate by the name of Allyssa was absolutely the worst she screamed across the store and said that she couldn't help me because her co-worker lost the flash drive instead of walking to walk closer or simply walking toward me she screamed across the room if that's not unprofessional I don't know what is. I would recommend everyone go to another location unless you want to be shouted at.
Usually i never had problem here but today i met Sherri Couch, she's really mean. I tried to be really polite and smiling but all she did was stairing at me meanly. I usually don't leave bad reviews but she was acting mean and angry at work. There are many ways to talk to people but she chose the mean way. I didn't do anything to upset her. I asked and smiled nicely when i was served. I will never return to this place. I'll just go to Office Depot or fedex for printing service from now on and also mailing stuffs. Not all UPS locations are bad but i definitely will not come to this location.
