The clerks are always helpful and friendly. I had some very heavy items to return and the clerk helped me with splitting the items into two boxes to limit the weight and dimensions of each box to keep shipping costs down. Also, it’s in a convenient location.
Everytime I use this location the staff are incredibly nice. They are patient and pleasant no matter how long the line is. So nice to have an errand not be a stressor.
Had an issue with a package unknowingly needing a signature so delivery attempts were unsuccessful, attempted to pick up at the access point they left me but the access point never had a package for me, their 1800 number is automated and impossible to talk with a live person, I went in person to both the Coventry location and the Independence Dr location since the Coventry location told me to just stop in at the Independence Dr location to pick up my package, when I went to the Independence Dr location they said I would need to contact customer service or wait another business day before my package could be dropped off at the access point but that I couldn't pick it up there. All I've been asking this whole time is for someone to verify that the package will be dropped off at the access point and not returned to sender like the online tracker says. I attempted to sign the liability waiver on the slip they left me on my door but they wrote me a note that said they wouldn't accept that. No one seems to know what is happening or where packages are or how their own process works meanwhile I'm trying to keep a very sentimental item from getting returned to sender and possibly discarded. Literally the worst service I've ever had.
The staff is very quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had an Amazon return package in which I had a barcode for. They quickly scanned it, printed a label, gave me a receipt, and sent me on my way! They also have a selection of packaging supplies available for sale. Very pleased with my experience with this UPS Store location.
have been coming to this store for years and I always receive great customer service. Even on their busy days they give their customers 100% attention, and make sure you’re satisfied with your transactions.
Every time I go into the store to return some thing it’s always easy fast, and the staff are extremely friendly and professional
This is my first visit to this location. I'd have to say, the customer service was top notch! Very friendly, fast service. This store offers all the typical offerings for every other UPS Store out there. They sell mailing and shipping supplies. They also have a limited copy center.
Christine Jones the owner of the store was short and absolutely no help in helping answer questions or assisting with return. She lack personality and had smugness with return of packages. Will never use the store again. Absolutely worthless.
I come here very often for Amazon returns. Even when very busy the staff is always welcoming and efficient.
It’s so easy to return Amazon packages. The staff is friendly and sending packages is easy
