Went in to mail my package, scan documents and to get passport sized photos clicked. The store owner was very friendly and didn't hesitate to wait past the closing time to get everything done. Highly recommend this store and service!
I had been there a few times before, mostly to drop off Amazon returns, and always noticed they were very slow. Today I arrived with several Amazon returns including two large boxes containing suitcases, which I unloaded from the car and brought into the store with difficulty. When it was my turn, the owner said the QR code scanner wasn't working, but "it was being repaired". He said he had the same issue two days before and claimed that the problem was with Amazon and not with his equipment. I waited at least 20 minutes, during which several other people came in with Amazon returns some with large boxes like I did. The store is very small, so there is no way he didn't see them. Still, he made every person wait in line until it was their turn, and then told them the QR code scanner wasn't working. Since Amazon returns are a huge part of their business, why don't they put a sign on the front door when they are unable to accept them, instead of deliberately wasting customers' time? BTW I called two other UPS stores, who indicated they had no problems scanning Amazon QR codes, so it was clearly not an Amazon problem. So I reloaded all my boxes in the car and went to another UPS store.
I've always loved coming to this UPS location because of their kindness. I came by on Saturday and the lady behind the counter was rude and had the worst attitude. I ask that she gets properly trained or she will ruin the entire idea we all have had from this location when it comes to great customer service.
Worst customer service I’ve received from any ups. First time I came in here I waited in line and while they were helping me they decided to help the person behind me first. I sent out a package a month ago and was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. Now it was sent back to where I first shipped it… OH GUESS WHATTTT they want me to pay for them shipping it back here GHANZI laughed in my face as he saw I was upset and frustrated by the fact that he was not giving me my property unless I paid. Don’t waste your time here I spent around $100 just to send a package out of state for it to come back… feeling like I got scammed.
I had really nice experience in the UPS store the specific location I really good customer service and is not as busy as the other locations that I have been. I had to return some thing and they helped me everything was going smooth like smoothie.
Not recommended the old man over there is ready charge you easy for less service that is free on another branches. Today I had the package to post but this branch charged me 2.20$ just for 12 inch tape that they want to close the package And charged my family 4$ for one pacopy. They try to explain that they do right but price of tape 2.20$ is funny and one paper copy 4$ is as well. For 2$ can buy one roll of tape. It is shameful that they will make money for nothing. This is not my first time with UPS and another store never charge you for piece of tape 2.20$. Terrible service. It's close to my home but I prefer go to another store with better attitude.
The owner; Ghazi Jamshed, was extremely helpful. He advised on the right size of box to use for shipping, assisted with packing merchandise, and even provided the box for free. Will definitely recommend this business for it's excellent customer service.
Ghazi jamshed is very kind, he has been helping me with my packages for about 6 years, no complaints.
Bad customer service. I called in advance to confirm the notary was available. I showed up 15 minutes later to be told the notary public had left and would not be back for an hour. No explanation or apology provided.
I've been here a couple of times to have things notarized, and it's always been super fast and easy. They do drop-offs, shipping, notary, and prints. The only issue I see is that they have limited stock on bags/boxes/ shipping containers. I would recommend getting a box first and paying for shipping/shipping materials. Parking is small, but they have 2 spots just for UPS
