I utilize this UPS location frequently. I've been in the store when they are busy and slow, yet the level of service they provide is consistently good. Their team members are courteous and helpful. Debra is especially patient with questions and she offers good recommendations for shipping.
I had accidentally left my phone on the counter and the super nice lady came and gave it to me in the parking lot. Thank you so much! You saved me a lot of stress and time looking for it. You're the best, god bless you
Sometimes for reasons beyond their control, there is a long wait. Mostly, it is very fast in & out. Always good courteous service.

Just fair warning. If they offer 2nd day air, for a little more. It won’t get there faster. Mine took a week, and when I inquired about a refund, they don’t guarantee it. So it can take a up to a week. Don’t let the name fool you. The only service that’s guaranteed is overnight or better yet, Fedex,
UPS corporate was not kind enough to inform me that this place is not open on Sundays for package pick-up. My package has been delayed several times, "due to bad weather in your area," on clear days. UPS offers virtually 0 tracking options, unless you shovel money toward them. Changing from delivery to pick-up has also taken well over 24 hours, simply to PROCESS the request. I will never use, nor utilize, UPS for as long as I live; any other option is, frankly, the lesser evil.
Deborah was quick and efficient and friendly grabbed me a box and a bag for my packages. I was in an out in less than three minutes.
Worst customer service ever! They took passport pictures couple weeks ago the worker had to take pictures again and again-she could not get rid of the red eyes and today the pictures were useless for passport application since they were the wrong size, not centered etc. and we had to retaken somewhere else and pay again! Passport pictures are very expensive!!! We went to UPS store back today to ask for refund, they kept saying that there is nothing wrong with pictures! Finally at the end they said they will refund. The lady we talked with said she doesn’t know how to refund and she also told us that the other employee has to go home and we had to wait for the busiest employee! We waited almost 30 min for this girl, Jacklyn. There was no apologize for their mistake or nothing. They acted like they don’t care at all. She asked for the receipt, we said we did not have since we assumed they were the right pictures! We showed her the proof of payment on cc and she refused this info and did not refund us anything! It was their mistake not taking the right pictures and they did not help! I wanted to talk with a manager but Jacklyn said they don’t have any manager to help! After arguing finally she asked our info so she could ask someone later to see. The reason we went there because we thought they know their job even though they were the most expensive store for passport pictures! They should apologize, help and refund for their mistake no matter what!
We stopped in this store to mail my son his rent check for college. UPS Ground track able. Vanessa was great with us as we kept forgetting or transposing numbers! My husband and I went and changed wireless companies after and was given a new SIM card for my sons phone. We went back to the UPS store, about 2 hrs later, and asked Vanessa if she could add the SIM card into the envelope with the check so we didn’t have to pay again and send separately. She took the time to dig around all the piles and found the envelope! She then cut it open, let us put the SIM card in, and then taped it back up! Vanessa’s customer service went above and beyond and we are grateful for that!
Terrible customer service we got in the store at 5:50 they close at 6pm and he kicked us out because we did not finish by 6pm. We had dry ice and a sensitive time shipping that we had to repackage buy new dry ice and ship another day. He actually said he “doesn’t care about our packages” in those very words. Do not recommend this place. ——— I don’t know how to reply to the owners response. Honestly, I see you excusing your workers behavior. Without a greeting the first question he asked when we walked in the store is will you be finished at 6pm. That’s not customer service. Maybe he should have said we close at six how can I help you to expedite the process. He did not stay back to help us, he stayed back because we were in and gave us a dolly for us to leave. Did you ask him if he said he “doesn’t care about our packages”? He said it in those very words words. The other lady that was there did not say anything or show an attitude, so I am not reflecting both employees. Rather than trying to make excuses you should consider training your employee to relate to customers better. Yes he did share at the end that it would have been shipped the next day. But that came after the fact. If he had given us the opportunity to speak and extended a warm welcome we could have known that without getting to this point.
