I went in because online it said $11.99 for passport photos, and I had a 15% off coupon. I can accept that some franchises charge more, but I was surprised that my charge was $18.04. She said she tried to take the most off possible with my coupon, but all she could get was 15 cents. She said it was because of taxes. ??? I gave her $20.05 and she gave me $1.35 back. Flabbergasted by the tsunami of errors, I only corrected the last error of incorrect change and after several attempts at the calculator, she gave me the proper change. I'm thankful that I only have to get passport photos every 10 years. I will try to avoid this location in the future because basic math is apparently not a requirement for hiring these days.

Update: Saw the feedback. You are just not a good location, then. I'm glad there are many others. Your low stars pretty much say it all!  Slow. Have to constantly repeat yourself here. Also, if you have a flap open on a Amazon return box, they charge a dollar for a strip of tape.

We have been to this store for getting notarizations. Mark is super nice and helpful; and he took care of notarizations, making copies, packaging, and mailing.  Also Joe was great at handling other customers.  Professional duo !!!

This UPS store charge $1 for taping your box and $1.50 if they have to print your email shipping label. So come prepared or go to different location or go to Walgreens and buy tape or print your shipping label.

I brought a return in original box for free shipping back. The guy said stor no charge as original box but there is a charge for take! They were going to charge me $1 for a 6 inch strip of tape to reseal. So bring all your 3M products - Be prepared!! I didn’t think they were actually serious. I will go to highland store! I have a million rolls of tape I can donate to UPS. Time must be very tough!!

These guys are experts in printing and shipping. Consistently have a good experience here. Almost never wait in line. I don't mind paying $1 to tape my box, which I could have done at home! Keep up a good work!

So happy that I went to the UPS store in Eagan. The fellow who helped me was sharp, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Great customer service.

Great customer service everytime I've been there.  Dropped off next day air after 6pm and it still made it out same day.  Even have hours on Sunday

I love this store!!  The staff are always pleasant and courteous.  If there is a slight wait, staff apologize and let you know they will get to you asap.  I primarily go to the UPS Store though because they are less expensive than the United States Post Office AND packages/mailings arrive quicker than the United States Post Office.  USPS typically tells me 4 days to send a package almost anywhere; UPS typically is next day!!!  Amazing Service all-around and fun to visit with staff here as well!  Will be mailing packages, envelopes and buying my stamps here go forward!!

Great customer service. Did some printing and and shipping; the team had me in and out of the store with ease.
