Josh and Julie were very helpful. I was trying to get passport renewal documents sent to Canada. There was difficulty using the postal service. They were very helpful and we got it sent out today without issue.
This is the only UPS store we go to. I order a lot of products on Amazon, and occasionally have to return. Returns are fast and easy here with the barcode. All the staff have been nice and helpful. When I first moved here and didn't have a printer set up yet, they helped me use their computer to print some documents. They seem to be well staffed and even when there is a line, it goes by quickly. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes.
I ship from this UPS Store frequently and find all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that it is well staffed which makes drop offs fast and easy. On my most recent visit I was shipping a package internationally. While I expected it to be complex I had no idea the multiple steps that are now required. HUGE kuddos to Josh for working through all the idiosyncrasies with me. He was patient and knowledgeable and the reason I continue to come back to this location.
Over the past few years, I have done regular business at this location and every single time it is top notch! I highly recommend working with Sarah for all design and print work; she knows her stuff and is always so friendly and incredibly helpful! She is organized, responsive, and very careful to create amazing projects. Hands down, the best UPS Store I've ever worked with and will continue to go back again and again!
Worked with ERICA L on a return I was having trouble with & she was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! She went above & beyond my expectations in helping me get my package returned even when I didn't have the correct info. She even made a few phone calls on my behalf. I would recommend working with Erica and her crew anytime. They made my visit very satisfying and I left with a smile on my face.
UPS is the best! Their customer service is phenomenal! We do all of our business printing through UPS, Sarah always ensures the product is exactly what we are looking for and she makes it as seamless as possible for us! We print everything from posters to collateral hand outs for customers. We can always count on the quality of the product from UPS being 110% and completed with a really quick turnaround time. You're the best, Sarah! If you aren't using UPS for your business printing and shipping needs - you need to be!
Horrible, I am a gun dealer and know all the laws pertaining to my business on what I can and can't send via UPS Store. Agent saw it was addressed to "ARMS" and lost it. I calmly explained who I was and what that part was and that is was 100% fine and it is no different than a finger nail clipper. He called a manager who also clearly didn't know anything and refused to send it. I told them I could have lied but I know I am in the right. Still refused to send it.
CLOSED AGAIN Jan 2nd. Wow are you soft. Stopped in with a Christmas bundled on Dec 15 a 3:44 in the afternoon. Closed!! Holiday season???! Every store surrounding it open. Sign said due to weather. This is Fargo ND for petes sake. Snow had stopped abd clearing. So much so that a gentlemen exited the store after I had rattled the door and shoveled snow. I was still sitting in my car looking right at him. All a UPS stores offers is convenience. Virtually everything you offer can be found in numerous places throughout the area. Closed at 3pm during the holidays? What were you thinking?
I have used the UPS Store since 2010 & have experienced the greatest customer service, including friendly & efficient staff. The designers have done a great job with creating personal marketing pieces for my business. Some of the projects they have designed & completed for me include name badges, Christmas cards, Postcards for clients. I have a mailbox with them, so I don't need to worry about my packages getting stolen by "porch pirates"! I love the peace of mind that provides for me! They did our passport photos last year when we needed to update our passport - very efficient & not a long line like there is at the Post Office. I have a long-distance friend that I ship presents to for her birthday & for Christmas and the UPS Store has made it so easy with their quality packing & shipping. Everything has always arrived on time, and in extremely great condition due to their expertise in Packing! They have also become my "go-to" place if I need to return anything that was shipped to me by Amazon. I highly recommend the UPS Store for their wide range of services, provided with the utmost professionalism & high quality of customer service!
This UPS is absolutely incredible. Erica and Abby at the store helped me so much, and made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. I absolutely am thrilled with the service, and am definitely going to come here again in the future.
