On Wednesday 8/23 I went to drop off a package. Jay processed it for me and did I great job. I wanted to give commendation and Lissa, the owner was there working behind the counter as well. An excellent UPS Store. My husband had been there the week before to process an Amazon return so when I had to go to UPS he told me to go to this particular store.
Excellent experience. Came in to do an Amazon return. David was awesome! He took me through the whole process and I was out in minutes. Bravo! This is how customer service is done
There is one lady here who seems to be propping up the entire store with her hard work and dilligence. I learned this in a 2 minute experience where she dealt with my package quickly while helping other agents at the same time. I suggest ownership give this person a raise if they want this location to continue to operate effectively.
Liza and Chelsea took care of an issue I had with a damaged package in a timely manner. It’s a busy store, probably due to the great service. Understandable why everyone goes there for their shipping needs. Also the staff are always helpful and pleasant. Thank you!
So glad to have a close by ups store vs. having to drive all the way down pine island. Came in to ship a return package quick and easy attendant was friendly and the place was spotless. Definitely will be using this location from now on. Don’t let that lone one star review fool you. Good Place welcome addition to our neighborhood!
I literally drove here past two closer UPS stores to my home because of the rave reviews and this location did not disappoint. Lissa and the rest of the team handled a thousand of us waiting until the last minute to return all our holiday Amazon purchases calmly and efficiently. I will always return here for my UPS needs.
I paid to have shipping labels printedemailed it to their store Email, and put on 2 boxes. Employees switched the labels on the boxes so my Customers got the wrong package. I called in to see if we can resolve This, maybe have the store send shipping labels to my Customers to get the packages sent back to the right folks. Or to reimburse me sending them pre paid labels. I was told that I should have been watching their employees, and how this is my fault they switched the labels on my two packages. I have photos proving the wrong labels where attached to the wrong boxes and I’m told eat the shipping cost for two packages. If I tell an employee which label goes where and they switch it, how is that my fault? Terrible resolution, management who can’t imagine an employee making a simple Mistake. 100% unwilling to even come to a amicable compromise besides in not so Many words kick rocks reply. I’ll never use this UPS store, not because it’s bad. Rather because management is unwilling to even consider employees can make mistakes. As well as them not even wanting to come to an amicable compromise to fix the situation.
The people at the store are incredibly friendly! It’s consistently the same core group of employees. The store is very clean. I go here quite often for Amazon returns and if you need to print a label they have an email address you send it to and they print it instantly at no charge. Best UPS around!
The older lady is just terrible, and has a horrible attitude. I won't be going back because of her probably the owner. If there's more than 5 people in this place it's over crowded. Most of the employees have no idea what their job is or how to do it. Taking my business else where...
Highly recommend, great people and great service! We needed to close up our dad's place in North Fort Myers and I was a little lost for direction and pressed for time. Visited the store and the owners coached me on weights, packing and shipping for the heavier things. We also had some portraits and larger pictures that they packed for us, they made everything easy. Shipping was fast and the packages all arrived in pristine condition. I can't thank them enough for their help and kindness.
