Liz is such an angel over at the tinton falls ups. There have been a couple delivery issues, but they are so incredibly helpful and nice over there! I wish I got the guy's name when I picked a package a while ago. He was super nice and helpful as well.
BEYOND RUDE. BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL. LOST MY PACKAGE AND HAS DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. EVEN UPON ASKING TO GO LOOK FOR - WHICH SOMEONE CAN COMPLETELY DO THEY REFUSE TO DO THEIR JOB. THEN THEY WONDER WHY THEY'RE SHOWN WITH NO RESPECT.
They always help you. They know their job, regardless if the customer doesn't understand what they need to do to send a package. Never a bad experience besides some of the customers that can't listen or read signs. Well done work UPS.
Great service! Friendly place, helpful people. We came twenty minutes before closing, but welcomed with .
My package was incorrectly addressed to an address that does not exist. The driver claims he delievered it, but there is no photo evidence. We filed many claims with UPS, but the case keeps closing, claiming it was delivered. We need to find where our package was delievered.
Open to 7:00 most nights accepting drop offs. Packages dropped off this late still move in the system since this is a major distribution center. I have seen delivery times shortened by a day dropping off here vs UPS Stores.
