Dealt with Beth for Mexico trip. Some emails were replied to and others we received no response at all. Not easy to get a hold of via email. Asked for price on room upgrades; received no response. Ask for notification when my visa was charged; no response. When I seen credit card charge I asked for confirmation of booking at hotel, received no response, couple weeks later  fee days before vacation I finally received invoice. Felt like I was an inconvenience to this travel agent and that she was only there to collect commission, nothing more. Would definitely not recommend.

I have never traveled outside the country on a vacation. After hours of internet searching my anxiety and frustration was getting the best of me. I decided to call someone for help. I first tried the travel agency affiliated with the big box store that I have a membership with. What a let down, the “agent” did nothing more than what I had already done on line and still no answers to all the questions I had. I did a google search for a travel agency and Vacation Hut came up so thought it’s worth a try.  Beth answered the phone and within one minute I knew I made the right call. Beth listened to my questions and ideas and made recommendations. I booked a couples vacation the next day and I have zero doubt that booking with her was the right way. My vacation is going to be in March  ‘19. I have more planning to do and questions to ask but I know Beth will be only a phone call away to help answer my questions and bring my frustration level back down to zero. Thanks Beth

With planning our destination wedding we had no idea where to even begin. We called around different travel agencies but none of them felt right. And then I spoke to Beth! We automatically just clicked, she knew exactly what I was looking for and wanting. Our wedding in Cancun Mexico was absolutely amazing! It was not an easy process with not knowing what guest where serious about going and which ones were not but Beth got my wedding guest a very good group rate @Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. She even helped me choose and book a great resort @Beloved Playa Mujeres for our honeymoon. She was very patient with me and all my guest and if it wasn't for her I honestly don't know how my wedding would've turned out. She is a truly amazing kind hearted human being that goes above and beyond for you. Thank you again so much! -Yahaira & Mario

They don't answer their phone. Only one person working at a time. Not very professional considering I called another agency and they had me in their office and talked face to face. Won't be going back.
