Good people! My only complaint is their juice section isn't that great and a little pricey but what they do have is good. They are friendly and very helpful to beginners.
My girlfriend bought some juice for Valentine's day for me. Their juice was expensive. They convinced her to buy 2 flavors that were absolutely horrible. I ended up just giving them away. $48 down the drain. She did say the staff was friendly but maybe more pushy than she was expecting. I'll stick to my normal location and she agreed to do the same.
My favorite vape shop i can find in Jackson and surrounding cities. Best prices, nice staff... I got the wrong coil the first time and came back a few days later and got the right one free of charge. This has since happened to me at another place that I went back to the same day and made me pay for the right coil!
Love this vap shop!! They are always friendly and willing to help in every way possible. If you don't find the exact juice you want they can mix up what you do want!! Thanks guys love dropping in and visiting
I bought a smok alien 220 there that was defective and messed up less than 2 months from purchase. I called them about the situation but was told to go to smok website to use warranty. The smok website says that the vape shop is to replace the product first. They refused so I had to open a claim. The product manufacturing date was 2 years old and was over the 6 months warranty time so I needed a receipt. I kept the receipt for just this reason. But the receipt I was given only had the stores name and my final price total in it and it had no details of what I bought so it was invalid. So this store will sell you old mods and give you a sketchy receipt so you won’t be able to use a products warranty. And they refuse to replace the product when the products website says they are suppose to. Stay away from them unless you want to throw away your money over defective merchandise.
Very helpful and friendly staff! She told me the hours would be later during the week as well as open on Sundays! Impressed with this store. Will definitely be back!
I love to vap, and I try to get around to as many vap shops as I can cause they all have stuff that others don't. This is a small store, but seemed very busy, with lots of customers as I walked in, now a days everyone is buying CBD oil, of which yes they do sell at a good price. Staff was friendly, good atmosphere, check it out.
I really love this vape shop. I stay in Texas and since we have been here, we have bought three different flavors of juice. My spouse I and love it. Will be back this weekend to get some more.
Everyone that works here are awesome! Love the fact that if you need any kind of juice, they will try and get it. Love the staff and hanging out with Rick.
Went there with a vape that was not holding a charge and it was putting out hardly any smoke. I was told it was the coil that I had changed twice before I went to the store. I see this is a place that doesn't care if the customer is satisfied. Will be taking my business to Cool Vapes from now and will encourage any and everybody I know to do the same.
