If I could give a higher rating than a 5 I would! I get a hydrafacial every 4 to 5 weeks and each time it gets better and better. I remember walking in for the first time talking to Nicole about my skin. I explained to her what I wanted to accomplish and its been about a year now and my skin is beautiful! The girls that work here are beyond wonderful. Working with such friendly and caring people who are very educated in what they do keeps me going back. Nicole who does my facials goes above and beyond to understand my skin but more importantly she gets me the results I want! Helene is so friendly, I love talking with her when go for my appointments. The Vein and Med Spa is an amazing place and I highly recommend calling and scheduling an appointment , they will take care of all of your skin needs!!! Jennifer Keller Frederick
I will start off by saying that the staff is incredibly nice and the office is very nice as well. I went in for Dysport which is a different type of Botox and lip filler. I paid about $700 for both procedures. I noticed during the procedure on the upper left side of my lip, I heard a huge pop during and noticed in the same location afterwards that I had a huge lump on my lip. I sent pictures and was assured that the lump would settle and go away. Now a few months down the line a huge lump is still there. I have been asked by more than one person if I had a herpes outbreak. I also noticed that my lips are uneven and bow out especially on that one side where the lump is. I also had a big lump over my eyebrow after the disport. Which was a muscle that tensed up and is still there as well. They kept apologizing but never offered any of my money back and the lady that works there told me that she would contact the drug representative to see if there was anything else that they could do but has never gotten back to me after that point. I was told that trying to dissolve the lump now would cause a huge indent in my lip. I’m not saying that my experience is everyone’s but personally I would not recommend them because I paid $700 and I have lumps that I was told will take six months to go away on their own. It’s really not attractive and I wish at this point I would not have had it done. I have to wear a considerable amount of lipstick and it’s even visible through that. I was told that it’s not permanent but I am scared about that as well. Again, I hate to write a bad review but it is my experience and the staff was very nice. Just know that this is a possibility if you get this type of procedure done that you could be out your money and be very self conscious afterwards.
I got Laser Hair Removal and I really loved that the laser hair tech explained to me the process so I knew exactly what to expect. Really nice and and made me feel really comfortable. I can't wait for my next appointment!
