Great food, I had the chicken and pasta with spicy cream sauce my wife had the chicken flat bread we were both very impressed with our food. My pasta tasted fresh and the sauce had just enough spice to flavor it, not over the top spicy. The warm bread and pumpkin cheesecake were great also. Great food at a very far reasonable price! UPDATE was here again 3/18/17 for private party had great food and service again love this place.
Don't let the size fool you, this local eatery has a small selection, but it's delicious! Great flatbreads and other seasonal dishes. The atmosphere is great indoors and in spring/summer/autumn, the front stoned patio is beautiful and cozy with their fireplace and live music.
Did a bunch of small plates and flatbreads with a group, I was very happy with food, really liked the artichoke spinach dip, mushroom bruschetta, and bacon wrapped artichokes. Especially for the cost, I have to give it an A+ on the food. Wasn't particularly expensive, and it was pretty high end. Didn't do Entrees but next time I'll make sure to, as everything I saw looked great. The wine aspect again affordable, just $5 for glass of house wine and $18 a bottle. but if your into wine the selection is pretty lame. Several selections are sold at your local CVS. If your going to be a Wine bar I expect a larger and a little more up scale selection, even if you want to keep a low cost house wine to cater to your clientele that might be turned off by a more sophisticated and expensive menu. You ought to be able to cater to both. The Service was attentive but kind of scattered. Seemed a bit inexperienced and not particularly knowledgeable, but sweet and attentive, We did get approached by 4 different servers thorough out our meal which I found a little odd, but overall I'd have to say the service is up to snuff and not a detriment. For your typical southwest Cleveland suburb clientele the place is perfect. I hope they continue to be very successful as I think they have a smart business model.
My fiance and I were looking forward to trying this adorable looking bistro. I finally had a night off work and the weather was perfect to sit on the patio. Unfortunately, they were out of ingredients for the pulled pork flat bread. They didn't have any steak for steak of the day. The Cesar salad hardly had anything in it, just a big bowl of uncut lettuce. The owner and chef waited till 30 minutes after we ordered our meal to tell us that they counted wrong and gave the last serving of the shrimp and crab ravoli to a table that got there after us and asked me to pick something else off the menu. They sent the waitress to do their dirty work even though it wasn't her error. Then when our dinners came out there was one item on my plate I couldn't identify and therfore didn't eat and my fiance's chicken was burnt to a crisp. The wait staff was nice and did what they could to improve the experience, we appreciated their effort but we won't be going back.
Great atmosphere, great drinks, great food, great service, great prices. Dalton was our server and was great! We had 2 bottles of the house wine pinot noir which was delicious. My girlfriend and I split the pulled pork flat bread as an appetizer which was very tasty and a good sized serving. Then I had the pot roast dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans which was the best meal I've had in a very long time! The pot roast was so tender and cooked to perfection. My mouth is watering as I'm typing this review just reminiscing about that dang pot roast. My girlfriend ordered the crab stuffed tilapia which was a daily special which she described as flaky, delicious, flavorful, and a "party in my mouth". And on top of that I thought all of the prices were very very fair and the guy playing the guitar was amazing. The fireplace, lighting, and entire atmosphere was perfect. I wasnt sure what to expect before we went to The Venue, but it was amazing and really blew us out of the water. We will definitely be back soon. It really was Dine-o-mite!
We wanted to host our rehearsal dinner here. We had a hard time getting anyone to answer our request. Finally got someone on the phone to say they would email us the menu and details and we never got anything. We figured if they couldn’t be bothered to help us, we would go elsewhere. Bad business.
This is our second time here. 1st time we had great food. The 2nd on 2/25/17 was very disappointing. Service was good but the food not that good. Plus they were out of a lot of stuff poor management on whoever is in charge of ordering. The cheese board was over priced very ordinary cheeses.
Loved the chicken mushroom pesto pasta. Very very good. Flat bread pizza was really great. Waitress was super friendly and efficient.
Great place! Huge party area for private events. Awesome outdoor fire feature. Food is reasonably priced! Not a chain restaurant.
Took a group of 9 . Cold foof and tastless. We all had the specials. Dont need to go back.chef needs to learn. how to cook.
