We arrived at our 4:15 appointment early and had to wait because the vet was still on her lunch break. Then we waited 45 minutes past our appointment and ended up leaving because it was clear we wouldn't be getting the help we needed. They didn't remember what our appointment had been for, took a walk-in patient before us, and refused to help a dying dog even though it was his appointment time because we and others were still waiting to be seen for our appointments. Overall, they clearly lack organization, time management skills, and empathy for pets. Bring your pets to a vet that cares about you and them because Vets Animal Hospital doesn't.
We arrived at 4 for our 4:15pm appointment. The vet was still at lunch so we waited 15 minutes. We then waited 45 minutes past our appointment time because they took a walk-in before us, although we were told they don't take walk-ins and that dog was a drop-off sounds like the same thing, right? We had explained that our dog needed his tooth extracted when we set up the appointment, but they seemed to think it was just a check up. While waiting, a man came in claiming that the vet wouldn't see his dying dog even though it was his appointment time. That showed me that the entire clinic does not care about the lives of their patients. We grabbed our paperwork and left to go somewhere else. Please take your furry friends to a vets office that cares about you, your time, and your pet's health.
Has been the best for our puppy dog since we moved here 5 years ago. Dr. Campbell is special.
They give loving care to everyone. Pet & owner
Have been going to Dr. Anderson for over twenty years. Her expertise and professionalism are outstanding
Terrible service, always takes an hour to be seen with an appointment. Also, the clinic smells pretty bad, we came to this vet because others were at full capacity, but I have been to other clinics out of state and they never smell bad. I wouldn't recommend it, unfortunately living on an island limits your options but definitely not worth it.
Provides great care however the office has issues with communication and transference of records both my new vet and I requested my cats records over a month ago and have not received them. I called in and they seemed like they had heard nothing about it quite frustrating when your trying to give your fur babies proper care
Not only did I have to wait an hour but when we finally got seen she was very rude. At least she was nice to my dog but with people she’s definitely missing a few screws in her head. I also didn’t like how she talked to her receptionist. I don’t feel comfortable going back here.
