The very unclean lady that cleans your room pretty much vacuums and sprays window cleaner on everything doesn't even wipe it off so you'll be showering with window cleaner. Although the shower sucked barely any water pressure and not hot for long. I was charged $25 extra for having a friend help me carry my items inside and he was only there for about 5 minutes total. It gets really loud on the weekends the parking lot is shared with some kind of venue or something. Definitely charged way too much for this kind of establishment.
My experience was pretty well here. I'm giving my experience 4 stars but it's certainly not a 4 star motel. The rooms are not fancy but practical. I love love love how big it was. It was extremely clean. No bed bugs. Just the towels stained but that's all I can complain about. It smelled fresh and the carpet was spotless. My fiancé and I stayed 3 days for $147 and id say it was worth it, at first I was kind of put off because in morning they came to our room at 11am and wanted to come in. Initially I thought they were just trying to see what we have and I was a little uncomfortable, but I think they wanted to make sure we weren't doing drugs or something. It was cool though because they brought all fresh new towels and toilet paper each day didn't even have to ask and took out our trash and vacuumed so that was nice. The owners seemed to be nice people, just a little forceful. Be sure you set at alarm when you check out because we were 18 minutes late and they tried to charge $10.
I stayed here three nights in January, attracted mainly to the low price but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality for a $50 room. Comfy beds. Large, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Some towels were a bit stained but everything else was perfectly clean. Owned by a nice couple that was very responsive to my requests, salted the sidewalk and parking lot when it snowed overnight, etc.
Only good thing is, I don't know I guesd mostly clean, public areas well taken care of but some rooms had bed bugs, and awful stench in downstairs hallway. What I didn't like is rates and rules change daily pending on guest. No visitors, or $25 charge per visitor at anytime, or no problem, 2 ppl single bed may be $300 per week but another 2 single bed will be $250 or $275 per week. Husband and wife manage this place but they do not manage together one says one thing the other says different. This place is not worth the money when there is so many other choices.
This will be my last night here after a 2 plus week stay. I have truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff are always warm, friendly and helpful. What it lacks in amenities coffee maker and hair dryer it makes up with character, the commitment to the people who stay is always evident. As a mom and pop run facility it rates 5 stars compared to other chain places. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable.
Okay, this place is a dump with a clean bathroom. The beds are as hard as rocks and the bed linens seem to be clean. If you need a place to pass out because it's close to 3 bars your in luck! However, the price is high, anywhere from 65-100 bucks a night! It would not hurt the owners to try to put some money in their business...However, I'm sure they will never read this review. Let's just say....this place will not give you bed bugs maybe but I would drive across town to the Holiday Inn:- Honestly, this place is really a 1 at best!
We stay here fairly regularly, in several different rooms. We have Never had any issues with bugs. If there has been, there aren't any recently. Nor unfriendly "Indians" who dont want anyone else in the room but you. That's simply not true. There is only 1 "Indian" man & he is very kind, welcoming & efficient. He does the best with what he has to work with & is accommodating in every way. Perhaps if you are picky you can stay at the Holiday Inn next time hmmmm?
This 'Motel' is such a joke! I know it has a bad wrap but i work 40-55hrs a week stay out of drama and pay$1260.00/mo and I just got kicked out over night for NO reason! Forget this $hit hole!Rooms: 1/5
Half light bulbs missing. No toilet papper. Frige broken bed sheets stains possibly sill dirty from last gusts. Carpet was nasty. Bathroom floor was dirty. Service clerk was rude and disrespectful. We went even completely done packing the car and he was chasing us down yelling about returning the key. Ppl in room text to ours complained about the bath towels and the room in general smelled of urine. Absolutely the worst experience ever.
The people who run this motel are the worst I've ever seen. I paid for a month and they robbed me out of one day. Wi-Fi barely works and when it does good luck on getting a signal. Can't use your cell phone because no reception inside. Owners yell at you if you use more than one roll of toilet paper a week, if you dirty up the towels. if you walk on the grass, and if you smoke outside to close to the door. He pushed one lady who got caught smoking, went through her belongings. They are slum lords not putting any effort into fixing anything. Burn holes on blankets, bed spreads which they NEVER wash. Bathroom fan doesn't work. The mattress is destroyed like one fat person never got out of bed and only slept on one side with blood stains. Toilet overflows even without putting anything in there because of terrible plumbing. Fridge has no control button so everything freezes. Their East Indian cooking stinks up the entire motel so he constantly sprays a industrial cleaner to cover the smell that you will be breathing in. Air condition didn't work in my room. They enter your room without you being there. Twice he came in my room while I was in the bathroom even though I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door which is a huge invasion of privacy. Bed begs and cockroaches every where. You will lose your parking and have no place to park because of a business next door holding weddings. You can't have visitors even just for a short time. He will make you go outside to talk, but has his family come in all the time. Do yourself a BIG favor and STAY AWAY and go to the Holiday Inn. I'd rather sleep in my car than stay another day here.
