This fine eatery is brought to you by the same people who brought you the Black Forest Bakery. All deserts and pastries are freshly baked by the Black Forest Bakery. The menu contains a wide selection of fine German dishes as well as a varied selection of wines and beers. The Village Lanterne also offers a children menu.

The quaint old world charm makes it a perfect location for family get togethers, as well as office and holiday parties. We have a party package available that we can personalize to your needs. We also do off premise catering.

"Nestled in the heart of Lindenhurst, the Village Lanterne is located at 155 North Wellwood Ave. Upon entering, you will be welcomed with warm Schwarzwalder decor, 20 unique taps of European styled beer, and home cooked styled meals that will remind you of your Oma's cooking!We host a wide range of entertainment nightly, so we strongly suggest reservations are made in advance.As well as a expansive dining menu and massive new pub/bar area, we also have a large upstairs dining room to host private events and larger seatings. In the spring and summer months, expect our beer garden to be open and ready to welcome you for a ice cold beer and traditional German fare.
