The Villages Gym is a neighborhood personal training studio with trainers who believe that ANYONE can be successful in achieving their health and fitness goals if they enjoy the journey. We specialize in helping our clients overcome obstacles and find the FUN side of living a healthier lifestyle! Our trainers, physical therapists and massage therapists are all fully credentialed and extensively experienced with specialties in older adults, pregnancy, and young adult athletics. We work with our clients' other healthcare providers for maximum health benefits.

This gym has everything and it is clean. Heather is a wonderful trainer! The whole team is awesome. Heather knows how to give me a challenge and still keep me safe. The equipment is well-maintained and looks modern and new to me. All of the clientele that I meet are friendly. The location is convenient also. Fresh smoothies are always available and they taste delicious. I just remembered they also offer massages but I’ve never taken time to try them yet. You should check this gym out and give it a try!
The trainers are all nice. If you’re new to going to the gym this is a great spot. The atmosphere is great. I highly recommend.
I just joined the gym Dec. 20th and I absolutely love this gym. The owner is as nice as can be as well as the few people I have met so far. The gym has everything I need and I'm so glad I made the choice to join
Private and fully equipped. It is nicer than I could ever make a custom home gym with all the perks of a larger facility. Staff is warm, helpful and can connect you to any fitness related, massage, muscle, dietary needs. A true jewel in the memorial area for fitness addicts.

Everything you need without all the flashy bells and whistles. Great classes, great environment, great staff.
