A very nice restaurant and a nice variety of food to pick from. There were 5 of us for lunch and each of us were well pleased with our meal. The portions were good sized also. We also had dessert. Each of us had something different and we were all very pleased with taste and portion size. Also, our waiter, John, was exceptional. He was smiling and friendly, as well as very helpful! We will definitely be going back!
As soon as you're waling up to the building, you get this sense of nostalgia, the manner in which the theater is built has this charm to it. It becomes even more charming as you walk into the lobby. We went to see American Ultra, and the theater was clean, and the screen and sound quality were absolutely fantastic. The service was wonderful, all the employees we encountered were kind and courteous. The price of tickets was reasonable, as was the price of snacks and drinks. I think this will be our new movie watching spot.
We lived in the Summerfield, Florida area for years, and this was our favorite place to go to the movies after we discovered it! We LOVE the "outdoor market" feel once you are inside! The entire establishment is diligently cleaned, the food is always fresh, and the staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
Great movie, extremely low priced including refreshments. A little outdated seating but still comfortable. Only complaint-seniors need to go to the restrooms a little more often than others and they are clear in front of the lobby. Not very well thought out as this is a community of seniors!
It's okay. They have the old style non-stadium seating but the seats are comfortable. The aisles are very narrow, which means you have to stand up to let people get past you. The theatre in Brownwoood is the best, and Sumter Landing is pretty good as well, as they both have stadium seating and wider aisles.
Wonderful movie choices, many that you can't find anywhere else in Lake County. Concession choices are excellent and the prices reasonable compared with other theaters. And the decor is inviting. Two definite thumbs up.
During the last fight scene and few minutes of the movie Karate Kid 35th Anniversary. A hand full of old people came in making noise and one guy putting his hand on my seat back/ head rest. I went off on the movie staff for letting these people in. I was like the referee. I don't see the kick to the face or the fight. Thanks! Vacuum your fake plants and tree, they are dusty as hell. Seats were nice and price for snacks were a lot more reasonable then other theaters.
Eh...not the greatest movie experience I’ve ever had. The prices aren’t horrible, especially for concessions, but the somewhat lower price also gets you somewhat smaller amounts too. The large popcorn is the size of a medium elsewhere, and a medium drink was the size of a small at other places. I’m pretty much ok with that, but I’ve grown very accustomed to recliner seats in theaters. I know this is a small “villages” theater, but I just moved here from Clearwater where pretty much every theater has had reclining seats for the last 5-6 years. Going back to old style seats was unpleasant. Especially since these were very narrow compared to the only theater in Clearwater that still had regular seats. I think I’m just gonna have to drive really far to go to the movies now because the savings just don’t make up for the lack of comfort.
Everything was great, seats were very comfortable, snack prices were good, no pre picking your seats like hollywood 16 wich was make or break it for me. One complaint, the gentleman taking ticket stubs didnt greet us, ignored me when I said "Hey how are you" he was just very rude and gruff other than that this is the best theater around the area.
A convenient theater in the Villages that is super clean with a friendly staff. Only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 star rating is the theater I visited had a smaller sized screen than I am accustomed to. Not sure if that is the case for all of the theaters.
