The Villas is an all-inclusive student focused apartment community located right on campus!
We offer fully furnished 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments. Each bedroom has a locked door to ensure you are the only one going into your bedroom. There is a furnished living room consisting of 2 chairs, a couch and a television stand. The kitchen is equipped with 4 bar stools, a glass top stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. All utilities (electric, water, trash, cable, and internet) are included. The Villa's clubhouse has a media room, study room, 24 hour fitness center, and laundry room. We also have a multi-layered security system to keep you safe in your new home.
We offer a roommate matching program in which The Villas will help you find a roommate with similar interests and habits if you do not already have one in mind. This program is very popular and is a great way to meet new friends!
It is The Villas wish to provide students with the best college experience possible. One of the ways we achieve this is by holding monthly events (i.e movie night, ping pong tournament, a holiday party, etc.). We also hold study groups. This is a great way to get to know other students. Living on campus means being more involved on campus, making new friends, and most importantly concentrating on school!
