The Vinton Law Firm, P.C. was founded by Amanda Vinton Weisseg, an attorney licensed in both Colorado and Texas (on inactive status in Texas). Amanda is in her thirteenth year of practicing law. Krysta Hibbs provides the administrative support for the firm.

Our office is located just west of I-25 in beautiful Monument, Colorado. We are in a cluster of office condos and have reserved parking in an off-street parking lot.

The practice is focused on estate planning and probate/trust administration for people from all walks of life. We strive to create an atmosphere that encourages communication, collaboration, thoughtful planning, and lasting relationships.

My mom and I worked with both Amanda and Brandi for a relatively complicated estate matter when my dad passed. We had a previous bad experience with a different estate attorney and Brandi and Amanda stepped right in and did a phenomenal job. They were able to quickly and creatively solve all of our issues involving 2 trusts to make our lives way easier and less stressful. They are also very transparent about costs and billing so you know exactly what’s being done for what you are paying. We worked with Amanda at the Vinton Law Firm to update our estate plan.  Amanda took the time to really understand our family situation and how we wanted our estate to pass to our heirs.  She took the time to point out several scenarios we hadn't considered and answered all our questions.  It was a very pleasurable and educational experience.  I highly recommend The Vinton Law Firm for estate planning.

Amanda seems nice and competent. I wouldn't really know about the quality of her legal work because she didn't accept me as a client. Unfortunately, she declined to work with me because I was previously a client of another attorney for whom she used to work. It would have been nice if she had told me about that before I drove 35 minutes to meet with her.

I was fortunate enough to meet Amanda through our financial adviser. As she said so correctly, we plan so well for retirement but we don't tend to plan for death. Its a blunt statement to think about dying, but more important is the loved ones we are leaving behind. Amanda help us set up an estate plan that ensures our loved ones are taken care of when we're gone. And I was surprised how much peace of mind this gives me. We were able to put things in place and protect our assets in a way that you just can't do with a will. And knowing that there can be no fighting or legal challenges lets us know that our wishes will be fulfilled after we're gone. I highly recommend Amanda Vinton's Law Firm if you are considering making these plans. And as someone who has personally experienced the nastiness that can occur in Probate Court after a loved one's death, YES YOU DO NEED AN ESTATE PLAN! If not for yourself, then for those that you leave behind.

Amanda is the best.  She makes estate planning straight forward and easy to understand. Friendly comfortable office.
