The place is delightfully "funky chic" and smells wonderful. I didn't have any of the cosmetic services, but Suzanne, my massage therapist, did a wonderful job of easing away all my aches and pains. She was pleasant, professional and TALENTED. Yes, I'll go back. And yes, I'd recommend the Visual Edge for massage. They have an impressive array of licenses on the wall as well, so I'd be willing to believe their cosmetic procedures are of similar quality.
My regular eyelash girl from another salon canceled on me last minute at 5pm on a Friday when I was leaving to go out of town at 8am the following morning. I called Visual Edge and they opened the store just to fit me in for eyelash extension appointment last minute. Not only was this incredibly nice of them but they did an excellent job and they are still looking perfect after 2 weeks! 5 stars
Although you would not know it from the outside, this place is Awesome. Inside was quite nice and it smells so good in there. The staff was so nice and the services I had were just amazing and prices are extremely economy friendly. I purchased a package deal and it was wonderful. I got Permanent Make up... the eye liner looks amazing and I am thinking about getting the Eyelash Extensions. I have recommended this place to everyone I know and look forward to going there every month for a massage and facial treatment. Truly a place to make you feel better! I'd like to comment on the negative reviews below. First of all, who takes the time to go online and do a review for a telephone call?? Get a LIFE FOOL! It is obvious this is a competitor. To the other rude moron Courtney... it is obvious you did this review on purpose too. I know for a fact that anyone in there who does Eyelash Extensions has many years of experience. If any of what you said was true, globs of glue with plastic lashes? you would notice immediately and at that point you would have left. You are a bad person for writing what you did. I don't know who paid you to do this or if you too do the same services and purposely put down competitors or you are just a jealous person but what you did is wrong and they should sue you. Another thing, they don't see what kind of car you drive and I am sure they were not remotely jealous of you but it sounds like you are very jealous of who ever did your lashes. Jealousy is not attractive dear and your comments are class less!

Maybe she's good at massages, I have no idea--- but she DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING WITH EYELASHES!!!!!!! Never never never go here for eyelashes! I found this lady on Craigslist. Probably my first mistake. I arrive and she lacks any customer service at all. She was curt and rude in her speech and had no warmth to her personality. She never asked me anything about myself or told me anything about herself. She just told me to lay down and started doing my lashes. She didn't ask how I wanted them either. I showed her pictures and she half glanced at them. At this point I wanted to walk out and I should've! When she was done she said I should come back in the next few days for touch ups. Who says that? She hands me a mirror. I see immediately why she said that. Because she sucks! She doesn't know how to properly do lashes at all! It was impressively bad! She had taken clumps of 5-15 of my natural lashes and globbed some black glue with one or two plastic feeling lashes onto the cluster of my naturals. What in the world?!? When I questioned her about this she said they just needed to "fall away from each other".... That doesn't even make sense! I've been getting lashes done for years and never had this issue! When I expressed my displeasure, instead of actually admitting she had failed she then insulted me and told me she could tell I was going to be "this kind of person" when I walked in. What is that supposed to mean? I drive a nice car, dress nicely, and I have expensive jewelry on. Oh I get it- I guess she meant she knew that I would know she was inexperienced and would be unhappy with her "work". She demanded I pay her $125 for this disaster on my face. I literally wanted to cry! What an awful experience!
I had gone here to get a tattoo on the back of my neck removed. I'm not if this place is still open, but in case it is, everyone should know I did have to cancel an appointment the day before being that I couldn't get the time off to make the appointment. I rescheduled and paid ahead of time like requested. The woman working was super rude and condescending. I was getting the tattoo removed to join the navy. It was my first tattoo and it hurt to part ways with it. The whole time she's going on about millennials and how we do things on a whim and then want to reverse it and can't commit to anything. I'll never forget this experience. She didn't even ask me why I'm getting it removed. The removal process hurt more than getting the actual tattoo. She was digging into my neck very hard and making comments about how I can get the tattoo but can't even take the pain of getting it removed. Don't bother coming here, Unless you want to be treated badly. I'm posting this a 2years later because I happened to drive past the place and instant flashback of her nasty attitude jumped into my mind. Just ew.
I called up to enquire as to some of their services, the woman on the phone was EXTREMELY abrupt and unhelpful. When she unwillingly gave me the limited information I required she asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment, I declined and she responded "no...didn't think so" and then hung up. I will never recommend this salon despite having never been there, I believe if the representatives of an establishment do not conduct themselves in a hospitable manner I shall not spend my money there.
Very good Deep Tissue or Therapeutic Massage for the price. The very polite and knowledgeable staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Nice people.
