Good product selection, competitive pricing, good rewards program. Satisfactory product knowledge amongst associates.   Generally clean store.  Worst thing is the parking situation is not convenient.

A store with shelves empty on the inside with only 'front row' filled with items looking like they were there for ages judging by the state of packaging dirty, squashed etc. To be fair, I can only speak of lotion selection since I intended to get a a specific item Aubrey Evening Primrose but the packaging of the single one available was squash-deformed, I paid attention to other products and saw that most of the selection was one of a kind, many only options in shabby shape, like in clearance store but for full price.

I've been in this store often and everyone I've met has been really helpful.  They carry most of my brands.  Lynn M.

Parking is totally inadequate. I couldn't even get into the store because there was nowhere to park with a very limited number of retail parking slots behind the store. Street parking is also extremely limited.

the manager,blonde lady, was mean to me, rude and tried to argue twice! they are great at ignoring you too...too bad good products

Great place to buy vitamins, protein, essential oils, lotions for body and face. Very helpful staff. Nice discounts and specials.

Staff was very friendly and ready to help.  I was immediately assisted and found what I was looking for very quickly thanks to the staff.  Would recommend.

Great products. They also have sales often and they staff is pretty knowledgeable!

There is plenty of parking behind the store and in the parking garage; complete with elevator and stairs and an entrance at the back of the store.
