I went to the Vitamin shoppe on a Friday after, and I swear they had the nicest lady there. Her name is Michelle, she was very helpful and amazing customer service. I would definitely come back any day, amazing employee Michelle and very clean establishment.

Great price straight stuff stay healthy with somebody in Shop. Very patient good experience like going there today take the time and help with my stuff you need.

I purchased Sovereign Silver twice from Amazon and both times the bottles arrived broken, so I decided to buy it from the Vitamin Shoppe. Every time I've gone to that store, I've been made to feel unwelcome. Today was no different. As soon as I walked in, an employee asked me if I needed help. I said I didn't but she glued herself to my side and followed me to the silver. Normally, I would browse a bit before checking out, but I could tell she wanted me to leave. I was glad to.

It was as though I had acquired the power of invisibility. Nobody acknowledged our presence. The employees were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Maybe I went at a bad time but even the guy at the register wasn't friendly at all. It felt like he didn't actually wanted us in his store...like we were an inconvenience instead of customers. I'll just stick to Amazon to get my essential oils, then.

Only reason they didn't get 5 stars. Is because every place can improve!. But they Abs-solutely earn the 4 stars! No hassle or obligation to buy. Will take Vita Shop over the other place any day!!

Very helpful over the phone. I was looking for something specific. And the poor guy was there by himself, yet helped everyone swiftly and with a smile on his face.

I was just in this store and the cashier was slamming things around and occupied on her cellphone that I was afraid to ask her any question about products. She had really poor customer skills, she didn’t even look at me when she was ringing me up because she was on her phone
