I placed an order on Saturday April 1st. It was canceled because they said the item I ordered was no longer available.  I go to the store later that afternoon to see what else was there. When I was looking for something similar from the same brand, I asked the lady that was working about that brand, she showed me the exact thing I had ordered. I told her about it and she said that must had just come in. How did only one bottle come in??? The rest of the shelf was empty. I don't know if she canceled it because she didn't know what she was doing or she just didn't want to do it. I go to this store at least once a month but now I'll order from that products website now. It usually only takes one time for me to go somewhere else . This happened twice.  It's a shame that now you lost a customer

I sent my son to buy prime hydration drink and they would not sell it to him. He is 13 and can buy any drinks any other store. Thanks for the denial of the sale. I will buy it for him from a store that’s not over priced and rejects a teen from buying a sport drink.

Great customer service! George was very nice and super helpful. I came in during a BOGO sale but the item I wanted had only 1 left in stock. George checked the inventory of another store and made arrangements for me to get the other item so that I can participate in the sale. They've just gained a new customer!

This place is truly a diamond in the rough. The staff here is always pleasant and never in a rush to get you out or cram the latest and greatest supplement in your face. Instead they take the time to get to know what goal you are  looking to achieve and make good suggestions based on that. Although the suggestion may not be quite what I am looking for a 100% of the time but, if I have a issue they are easily to deal with if I need to make an exchange for something else. I hope this place stays in business because they are me number one source for advice and supplements.

Staff were very helpful. I was looking for some ingredients for gluten free baking. They were willing to place an order line for me but items I wanted were out of stock.

Great Staff, Very Friendly and always know how to hook me up if I need protein or BCAAs. Always have a deal or 2 going on as well!

Great selection..nice help. So glad one finally opened in my neighborhood. Great clearance deals.

Wow what a selection... And not just vitamins but everything and anything for the health conscious. Nice and friendly staff. Pricing more reasonable than I thought it might be.

Shelves were well stocked, I was only person in store, the associate was courteous and very helpful .
