We checked out the warehouse at our realtor’s suggestion and we are so glad we did. Mark and Travis were so much help by telling us where to look for the things we came in to purchase. The prices are very reasonable too. We were in search of outdoor lighting for our home and we probably paid less than half of what we were expecting to pay. They will also give you Christmas lights for free with a $100 or more purchase so that was a nice surprise. We will definitely be back when we tackle our next home improvement project!
Way overpriced and rather unfriendly. The new location looks nice but doesn't have ANY deals. When I asked if a sink came with the mounting hardware, the man at the checkout appeared to be the manager said the granite guy has the hardware since he would install it. We are DIY ers and would need everything that comes with it to install. Also I looked up the sink and $180 in Lowes. They were charging $150 in here with no hardware and it looked used. When I asked if they could do better on the price, he said its already half off... uh, no it's not! When I said we might as well go to Home depot... the employee said , "Yeah, you should". We did go there and got a better deal than this place. Dont waste your time.
Filled with high quality products at about half the cost of Home Depot & Lowe's. From work gloves to massage tubs to Hampton Bay lighting fixtures. If you are upgrading your home on your own, this is the place to go. I got a $250. toilet for $100.
I would never shop here again and would not recommend that anyone else does either. They are rude and understaffed. If anyone else is shopping while you are, plan to spend the day. Then, we chose to purchase a pantry closet. When we went to pick it up, we were told to come back in an hour as the only employee working at the time was on his “lunch break”. After bringing it home, we decided to have them assembly it for a fee. We were told to bring it up and just wait for it, that it would only take a half hour or so. Got there to be told by the owner we’d have to come back in 3 hours. Young man said no it’ll only take a half hour to do for me to assemble and owner , quite rudely repeated, I said come back in a few hours!! Two wasted trips and a lot of money later, ended up with an overpriced pantry closet that had nails showing on the finished sides. When we questioned that, they explained that they don’t take care of that, you need to do that yourself. After we get home and put the closet in place, realized the toe kick piece is missing. Apparently the don’t put that piece on either, which means yet another trip back to get that piece. Ugh, just very annoyed and frustrated.
Complete hit or miss place but the prices are great! I don't care about someone selling me, so I interact with the employees as little as possible. The selection is huge! Bathroom vanities galore! Again it's a hit or miss. If they don't have it, they won't get it! But if you find what you're looking for, you'll be happy.
Bought a couple ceiling fans there. Basically 2 for the price of 1. Wide variety of stuff for the home. Worth taking a look before buying elsewhere. This place is kind of a home handyman's dream store. They will open boxes before you buy to make sure everything is there.
The guy at the desk has a terrible disposition. Rude on the way in and nasty on the way out. He made sure everyone in the store knew that nobody was buying. Called all the customers in the store “ just looking, wasting time” kinda people. I was considering coming back to get a kitchen and bath faucet but now I’ll take my money somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and keep driving....
From the start this company has been nice to work with. Mark worked with us on holding the products we bought until we could get them to the house. We had some delays in renovations which resulted in him holding the products for a few weeks. When we recieved one item it was incorrect. Within one hour Mark had the right item to us. He was very nice about the whole situation and made it so easy to correct. It is rare to have nice customer service these days. I highly recommend this company.
Positively the best experience I've ever had in my life. Tons and tons of great stuff at great prices. The staff is incredible and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the products at such a low cost. I would advise everybody and anybody to stop and visit the warehouse I guarantee you will not walk out empty-handed
This place is a secret find, so don't tell...lol. Before heading to the big self improvement store, stop in here, they probably have what you want, but for 1/2 the price. New high end bathroom remodel... parts for your grill... lighting...tools not everything, but just ask, they know what they have. You'll save money by stopping by here first, for sure!
