Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend, no communication with management. Unit was not even cleaned after past resident. Moved from out of state was told we would get a preview of the unit never did. Got towed out of our own parking lot. The only good thing about this place is friendly people.
Place looks nice! Industrial look, more like NY style living. Love the modern fixtures and it's fairly close to some nice local places for drinks and eats. Good lounge areas as well.
I was looking for a decent priced studio somewhere close to my university. I stopped by the Warehouse Lofts to see if someone was available at the leasing office to show me around and there is no leasing office. I contacted Brandon who told me a studio would be available for move in January. I signed a lease before seeing the studio, which is on me but based off of the website and good reviews I assumed the place would be decent enough for a college student like myself. I scheduled a tour with Brandon and he was able to show me the studio which sent me into shock. The tenant had just moved out and the room was disgusting. It smelled heavily of cigarette smoke even though the contract states that there is no smoking allowed. The image of the studio layout claims there is a closet but there is not. The room is dark, and unappealing. The fridge was dented and the mirror was missing from the bathroom because the previous tenant smashed it. The washer and dryer closet door was broken off and the cabinets were scratched up. The room is not worth the $1500 total after the concierge fee. The entire place is poorly taken care of, the rooftop is a joke and the furniture is rusted and missing cushions. The "fitness center" is dark and dirty. The place looks and feels like a dungeon. The studio also has no window and horrible lighting so unless you want to feel trapped inside of a dark box this place is not for you. I had two pay two months rent and lose my security deposit in order to break my lease that I had JUST signed. This is a lesson learned and I am writing to ensure no other person is scammed by this poorly run establishment.
Not sure what’s going on with this place. Called atleast 5 times over the course of a week or two leaving messages each time to inquire about availability/getting on a waiting list and never got any sort of response. Also sent multiple emails that were also unanswered. Atleast have the decency to say you don’t have any availability and aren’t accepting any new applicants for a waiting list if that’s the case. Never dealt with a property that had such little interest with communicating with potential tenants Don’t waste your time trying to contact this property. Just keep looking elsewhere
If I could give this place 0 stars I would.. I signed my lease a month prior to my move in date and I still moved in to my apartment without a working air conditioner. They gave me 2 portables, but the look of them and the sound aren’t appealing. I had the portable air conditioners for about 2 months before it was fixed. I ended my lease early due to yet again, broken AC and then my fridge wasn’t staying cold. Expect mold in the showers, there is no air flow for showers to properly dry on their own, causing mold. You might not even be able to see the mold by how terrible the lighting is in the apartments. It’s very dim and depressing. You only have one drawer in your entire kitchen and you can’t even put in a regular size silverware organizer tray in the drawer and the fridge size was made for a dorm room and it doesn’t even make ice. I had found at least 2 German Cockroaches while cleaning, and my ceiling will leak if it rains. The “amenities” that you have, might as well be non-existent. There is rarely propane in the grill, and I have never seen the fire pit work as well. In the ice maker, there is mold… And the parking lot will tow your own car if your car was touching the white line by an inch. My car was broken in at least 3-4x, management was aware and had video of it and did nothing to ensure my safety and the other tenants safety or concerns. $1850 for a literal glorified garage/storage room.
friendly update: save your money scammers and thieves DAVID AND MANAGEMENT CHARGED ME 4k for a bad review and placed items in my unit not belonging to me and took photos. Don’t support or rent from this company all reviews valid he lied to the BBB I CANT WAIT TO SEE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY FALL .
This place is terrible. If you like bugs this is the place for you. I had a bug infestation when I moved in. I had to get a hotel. Pest control is no help. They’ll even agree with you, Bugs come out of the walls. You can’t keep food in the house. You have to pay extra for pest control. All the lobby furniture is ripped or dirty. The roof top is a joke. No umbrellas and the bar stools are rusty. The parking spaces are so tiny. I’ve had my car dented. The gym is decent but small and dirty. Despite the concrete walls you can hear the neighbors. I’ve also had the power go out without reason. It’s a warehouse like living in a basement/parking garage. Overpriced. Wouldn’t recommend, can’t wait until I can move or lease is up. Management is rude. They’ll charge you fees for leaving garbage can out for more than a minute past 8 a.m. Worst place I’ve ever lived. Plus everyone has a dog- that either barks like crazy or the owner doesn’t pick up. It’s gross. And also the insulation is terrible. Freezing in winter. Hot in Summer.
Personally I would give this place less than one star. AC constantly broken despite them changing out the unit. Clearly something wrong with the lines of the unit. They left the drywall damaged after the "repair", called about this issue more than ten times in one year. Black mold in bathroom due to shower glass not being installed properly, door wouldn't even close all the way. Dog urine stench in most of the property, most residents don't clean after their pets... it's disgusting. Key fobs don't work on the doors at times. Parking is a nightmare risking dinged doors and scratches. Don't move here, I left a month early because of the constant issues.
I have been here for a couple months now and cannot say enough about how great the management is here. The property manager David is always on top of everything and responds very quickly any time I reach out to him. If you read some of these other reviews you would think people were expecting to be living in a house on an island somewhere; I have no complaints in regards to the garbage service as they come by at least twice a day to remove anything I have outside of my door in the bin. The place is very dog friendly as well with a lot of nice tenants. I have no complaints!
I absolutely loved my time living at The Warehouse. The unit was super cute, modern and industrial. The people were really friendly and neighborly. I loved the neighborhood and Seminole Heights vibe. Jordan and David made the process so easy to live there and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
