I love a laundry mat that is clean and up to par on the maintenance of there machines and they are all in working order. Washers and dryers are GREAT! Change machine always works and the place is one cleanest I've been in. On Sundays it's typically busy @ the time we go but it's no inconvenience @ all because there are multiple working washers and dryers for all size loads. The gentlemen that runs the place is also very attentive to his place of business and so kind and helpful!
I like how clean and spacious this laundromat is. The amount of different sized washers and dryers is nice. Also like the update for Mobile and credit card payment options being put in place for the machines. I downloaded the app and plan to use it next time I come. Now that's modern and convenient!
This Laundromat is great. They have something new, called "Dexter pay". You can still use quarters, if you want, but you can also use your smartphone on the "Dexter pay", available on "Google play", it deducts prices from your debit or credit card, and all you have to do is tell your phone which machine number that you are using. Each washer and dryer has its own number posted on each machine. So easy to use. No more stopping at an ATM to get money, to use the "quarter-dispensing" machines, although they still have the traditional quarter machines, for people who want to still use quarters. I don't mind driving from my Apt in North Cornwall township, because I can sit in my car, and "Dexter Pay" even let's me know when my washer or dryer are done. A pleasant way to wash my clothes! Plus, they have a restroom and TV, as well as reading material, if you wish. I'm hooked !!!!
Love the Big washers and Dryers! Especially the Comforter ones for the extra large ones! Plus it is very big and clean there! It is worth the drive there too do your wash!
Owner is a really nice guy. I love the industrial washing machines because of all the laundry you can fit into it. All the washers and driers are new.
Machines are fairly new, work great. Clean and well kept...the only drawback for me is the fact that it was a little on high side as far as price. But, I'll return again because it fits my needs.
WAY OVER PRICED ! 10.25 for a large load of laundry. We are asked to support local businesses but with that price heck no . Cut the people of palmyra a break . Won't be going back !!!!
Service was excellent as I needed directions as to how to experience a laundromat. The washers and dryers worked with no problems. The restroom was open and very clean. I recommend this facility without reserve.
Sometimes the ATM doesn't work. Also, it has a faint stagnant water spell. One of the lowest cost laundromats that I've come across. I think its open 24/7 which is nice.
As far as Palmyra goes, I feel like this is the best maintained laundromat that we have in our little town. If a machine isn't working it's clearly marked so that you don't waste your money or time, they're very responsive and helpful when contacting them about any issues that might arise. I can't say the same for the rest of the facilities in town but to be fair I've also never stepped foot inside the little place on Arch Street either. I didn't look any further once I went to this one!
