The Wash House Laundromat

Incorrectly charged for wash and fold and according to the manager this was my fault!? Something was wrong with their card reader, and charges were posted to my debit card. Spoke to my bank to confirm the transaction went through then tried to calmly alleviate the situation over the phone with the manager who wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise and was plain rude. Manager tried to refuse me getting my belongings back until I called the police! Only then she allowed the attendant to give me back my belongings. It's a shame because the attendant on duty was helpful and did a great job, but I will not be returning. This was my first time there and I'm new to the area. If you want to use their drop off service just bring cash. Who knows what shotty card system they use? They don't know the first rule in customer service.

I don't understand these places they wants you to have a laundromat card to get in but how do you get in if you don't have a laundromat card and you want to wash your clothes here for the very first time

Customer service is awesome self-service is even better they have folding Service as well drop off and come back with your clothes folded all the way they do an excellent job there

I always wash my clothes here. In and out in less then 2 1/2 hours. Good machines.
