A mixture of coin operated & FREE washers and dryers!!!! quiet clean facility.this is SAN JOSE'S FINEST Laundry Mat by far in Beautifully Downtown Willow Glen !! Has an array of quailty shopping centers around it also. located in 1120 willow st AWESOME
It's almost a pleasure doing laundry here. The staff is always there, always helpful, always cleaning. The place is immaculate.
This place used to be so good. There are 3 more out of order signs on washers and dryers each time I come back. The story today: There's nobody in office so I have to use quarters. Fine, I'll use my cash not a ton on hand as I usually use card. Reason #1 I picked this spot. I am using two large washers. As I'm loading quarters, the first washer ERR. Won't accept any more money. I've already put $2.00 into it at that point with no clerk to assist. Second washer I get $1.25 and it also ERR. I move to another washer and load up quarters in it before wasting my time moving clothes. It works fine so I move my first load to it. The next washer I try for my other load lets me load $0.75 then ERR as well.... I don't have any more cash so I settle with just doing the one load tonight. The washer that IS working gets stuck in a 'balancing' state - - - for a few minutes. Great. The door is locked and nobody is here to help. I was worried, but the washer eventually finishes with the load, but the clothes are not well cleaned. There is still visible debris and hair from a relatively clean mostly sweat load of laundry. The coverage and amount of out of order machines needs to be addressed. This is not the first time I have been burned by having to use cash or swap machines because of issues. I will likely find somewhere else for next time.
I don't always review laundromats, but this is a great one! Late hours, credit cards accepted, super clean, an attendant to help you if you need, and brand new, fast machines! Woohoo!
More than half of all the machines are fully broken or do not accept quarters. This means you have to have the office turn the machines for you. Once again, the office was locked and unattended with no employees on premises. That means they expect you to sit and wait for them. Take your business literally anywhere else; it couldn’t be worse.
Yes this place is a typical laundromat. Very clean. But I came here for the wash & fold. First time customers get 10 lbs free with a 20 lbs minumum drop off. Total charge is $10. Thereafter you will pay $1.50 per lbs. Great deal! Very convenient. Hours: 6am to 11pm.
Only issue I have is the center isle between washers is narrow,not enough room for two laundry carts to pass each other,you literally have to pickup one cart to get by another.
Came up in a huge way. Modern and chic. Do it yourself or let them do it.
Hey I love this place! Went here to wash my dog’s bed cus they have the really big washers. I wasn’t expecting it to be a positive experience considering it’s a laundromat. In San Jose. But, I was pleasantly surprised. They have very friendly attendants at all times who are either sweeping, cleaning or folding. The place is super clean, and the machines are new and very clean. They have discounts on Wednesdays 50% off the large washers & Thursdays free dry. Only bad thing for me is that it’s a small space - they’ve cramped as many machines as they can and 2 people w laundry rolling carts would have to take turns passing each other by in between machines. The bathroom is code key and toilet is very clean & sanitary. They have a 60inch TV with mostly NFL or NBA or my favorites, novelas. Free WiFi - haven’t tried it yet tho. Overall, this laundromat is great!
