Facilities are well maintained. Staff is friendly, attentive and responds to guest’s comments and observations.
Small local indoor pool w extremely helpful staff. They supported our scouts as they earned their lifesaving badge and took their swim tests for camp. Ty!!
We got here 35 minutes early and were 5th in line. After watching the girl at the counter use a calculator for 9x2 I got a bad feeling. I took my shoes off in the locker room and noticed several kids sprinting through the locker room. I walk out like 30 seconds later and the only area with chairs in the shade was taken. There are only like 12 seats under an umbrella in the shade in the entire water park. All the kids that ran through the locker room were sitting on chairs waiting for their parents to finish paying in line. I asked a manager if someone could possibly put more chairs under the umbrella area because currently there are only about 12 when there is room for well over 20. They said they would “talk to maintenance to see if they can create more shade” to which I just asked for a refund explaining I got here plenty early so that I could get a good seat. She said no. I do not reccommend this place to anyone. Unless you get here super early everyday and have a child run through the park and dive on one of 12 chairs in the shade then yer gunna get sun burned for sure. What kind of water park doesnt offer umbrellas or tree shade? A bad one. Two thumbs down which is a real bummer as its so close I could walk here everyday.
I am thankful Bensenville has an indoor pool option. This place is great for lap swimming but not so entertaining for kids.
Great facility. staff has been very diligent about following safe distancing practices and making sure swimmers and coaches are not at increased risk of spreading / catching COVID
Indoor shallow water 6 lane lap pool & 13 ft deep dive pool with 1 one-meter diving board. Not crowded usually. Chloramine level moderate/high.
They are very lovely people and have a spotless facility.
Great place to swim. The manager Kim is outstanding! The area is clean and in good order and represents Bensenville very well.

This place has super friendly stuff. Swimming classes are not overloaded, like may happen elsewhere. Thank you.
