The WEB Extreme Entertainment is a local family fun center that has been based in the West Chester area since 1999. Our facility boasts laser tag, go karts, mini bowling, mini golf, an incredible arcade, and a newly revamped restaurant. This place would be fun. Half of the arcade games wasn't working and a few would take your credits but couldn't play them. The mini bowling only had 2 lanes open. We did finally get to play. They have a indoor go kart track with the electric carts and they are not fast. The staff seems to have no clue what's going on with anything but they was all young. There is supposed to be more to do there but we never explored the rest of it. I know me and my wife was not very please with this place.

There are a lot of games and activities. The trampoline is really neat! They have tv screens and when you’re bouncing it records you and you can play games by jumping around. The only thing I don’t love is that for laser tag, they switched from vests to headbands and the headbands we used smelled like sweat. Laser tag was our favorite thing to do here, but the headbands were really off-putting. The go carts are also pretty slow. But overall it’s a lot of fun! The mini golf and mini bowling are fun. And you can pick out prizes with the tickets you win.

First time visiting The Web and had so much fun. So many games and activities to choose from. I really loved their karting game, air hockey, mini bowling, laser tag and many more games. I also tried their cheese pizza, it was so good. I would recommend this place for everyone even for kids. Can't wait to come back!

Full of trashy, classless people who have no respect for other people or manners. Reeks of Marijuana inside from people vaping blatantly. Dirty, dingy and run down. Management and staff are totally clueless and of no use. Felt like I was in a zoo and the zoo keepers were all high and didn't care about anything. Half the games dont work. Go Karts are falling apart and barely run. Most of the laser tag guns dont work. Half the bowling alleys are broken. Trampoline is not managed or monitored and had 20 non-paying kids rough housing and fighting inside it. Never coming back. Take your money to Main Event instead.

This place was a lot of fun, great places for families and birthday parties. We are going to try have our daughters party here in a couple months. Had fun here. Thursday is half price games. We enjoyed the trampoline game, go-karts and mini golf. Staff could be a little more attentive to guest but overall a really nice experience and the place was clean, spacious and food was good. Fun date night or family night I imagine.

Kids enjoyed it. Rode indoor go carts took almost 25 minutes before they could ride. Time is 6 mins total ride. Only a few cars go each time. They don't go very fast. Played glow in the dark mini golf which was alot of fun. Cute little mini bowling lanes and pins...only like 3 or 4 lanes. All in all it was fun, just the wait was a little long.

This entertainment center has seen better days. It is smaller than other arcade/bowling/laser tag places, like nearby Main Event. The prize center is also small. The reason I gave it a three instead of less is that despite the fact that the go karts are in desperate need of repair, the prize center is so small and there is noy as much variety of games, the employees are extremely friendly and caring, especially at the go kart area. Also the go Karting is not too horribly priced, $9/ driver and no charge for a passenger. The have less expensive cemding machines for snacks and drinks and a clean little "sweet spot" area for other foods. It is somewhat poorly lit up front, but is still a good time. Unlimited go karts is $30, which is a great deal. If they are able to do some repair to the carts, this could be a good place again!

Take your money somewhere else. Not worth coming. Half the of the arcade games do not work. I don’t think there is a staff member here that knows anything about anything or cares for that matter. I would be surprised if anyone that is here today is over the age of 20. Bowling wouldn’t work. This place is just dingy. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming. Wasted money. Absolute let down.
