What do I do - I'm a health coach? What does a health coach do? Just like a sports coach, I work with you to chose the right things to encourage your body to heal itself. Work hard to teach/educate individuals on families what it takes to be healthy, to overcome your health issues and dis-ease, and to feel and look great!
