I used the delivery service to get a couple of large comforters washed. Scheduling the pickup online was super easy and I got reminders and notifications on where the driver was along the way. They were returned within 24 hours. Super affordable - will definitely be using again!
This is definitely an upgrade from the previous Laundromat I use to go to. So clean and spacious. The machine and dryers are so nice. They even have chairs at every folding station for you to sit down. This will be my new Laundromat.
The employees here have really nasty attitudes and like to move peoples belongings without permission or posted noticed. The women with the tattoos has a disgusting attitude and wasn’t friendly at all. The girl with the red hair wasn’t friendly either. Both need to work on customer service ! If your going to remove people’s clothes form dryers at least have a posted warning or noticed that this is likely to happen. It’ weird and rude to know that someone has touched my belongings without my permission !
Been a customer here for over 3 years and the new staff is horrible rude and lack customer service skills. One staff particularly sits on her phone every time I’m there and sits and talks about customers and When you need help she always has a excuse on why she can’t do this and that her attitude sucks quite frankly. The machines don’t work as well as they use to.
I like dropping my laundry off and picking it up cleaned. They have a really good service. I wish they would offer a great smelling fabric softener. The clothes are cleaned well but No smell good. I'll pay for it. They said their using Downey - I don't smell anything - maybe I need to bring my own.
Oh man I’m so glad I discovered this place! My husband and I are starting a business and have gotten so far behind on household chores. As a working mom and dad with a five-year-old, laundry is the last thing on our minds we were washing clothes for the week and just couldn’t catch up! So today I said enough and looked up this place. Pulled up 43 lbs of all our tshirts and sent my husband down there. Not only did it only take 4 hours , they folded it so perfectly . Everything smelled great and that’s hard cause my husbands a chef and I’m a bartender. So to help us keep up we plan on going to see them every two weeks. Super friendly as well. Highly highly recommend. They saved us hours of work And time we got to eat dinner and hang out . Thank you guys so much also, SUPER AFFORDABLE!!!!! I’m happy they won’t have to fold 43lbs of laundry next time!!!
I had to go back and write my review. Wishy Washy was a clean and spacious establishment. I enjoyed the fast and stain free on clothes that the washer and dryer was able to do. I didnt enjoy the welcome feeling from the night auditor.
Today changed the way I feel about this place! Loyal customer for 5+ years... I come weekly... every once in awhile I get a broken machine and today it charged $3.50 to just rinse my clothes! Accused of putting to much soap in the machine on top of the money! Moved my clothes to a new machine just for a rinse and spin and finally I got my clothes done... this place don't value loyal customers and assume that i don't know how to do laundry that I've been doing for years... it used to be my go to now I'm looking for somewhere that will value my business....
The cleanest, newest Laundromat I have ever been to. Friendly people and most helpful. Best hidden place in Winston-Salem NC Still the cleanest Friendliest place!
First time coming to this Laundromat and I must say that I am impressed. It's very clean all the washers and dryers work, friendly staff that greeted me upon entrance. The first laundromat in a while that I have been to that actually has entertainment for kids, that's a plus for me.
