Our staff of experienced professionals can assist both entry level members and dedicated long time fitness members to achieve their goals. As a highly service oriented club, our aim is to create an environment that goes beyond an exercise club. We pride ourselves in providing women with a "Wellness Facility" that encompasses both physical and mental guidance. The Women's Club is a place where women can come to socialize and take part in meditation courses, book clubs, lifestyle coaching, walking groups, retreats, and many other social events.
