Dr. Z is a miracle worker. He has change mine and my families lives forever. Every person I have sent to him, have thanked me over and over. He is very wise and intelligent doctor. I would never think of going to anyone else but him. He is a hero, a life game changer and his integrity and honestly speak for itself. He definitely helps you to figure life out! Got such an innacurrate negative diagnosis from this practice. They truly don't care. They had me fill out a short questionnaire and I had a very brief discussion with the psychiatrist. After doing some asinine cognitive tests that took less than a minute, he told me that nothing was wrong with me. I told him that his outlook on my mental health must be incorrect because I often felt suicidal. Without opening up that discussion, he just rolled his office chair over to the landline and threatened to call the police to have me committed. After that, he still told me there was nothing wrong with me. They must have seen me as a liability because I brought up my borderline personality disorder or something. I sincerely hope they get shut down because it just so happens that they are leading one of my friends down a pretty bad path regarding his mental health issues. I am on some helpful medication now that was prescribed by a different practice. It's just troubling to see that this place that hindered my progress of repairing my mental health is still around.
Dr. Z has literally saved our entire family. I've seen many therapists and psychologists over the years and I can attest that nobody has helped me, my sons, and my marriage like Dr Z. He truly has a gift to connect with people and get to the root of the issues and lead them to healing. We are truly blessed to have found him when we did.
This place is amazing! They really do care for my well being. And it’s awesome to have my very own team of Drs working on each issue. I love that I can go to one place and be seen my many different specialist. I’m working with 4 different Drs and each Dr can concentrate on that individual problem. I’m so impressed with this place and their love of their patients, I’m shocked that people would leave a negative review. Yes it’s pricey but what is the cost of your mental health? I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!!
I complement Dr. Zettel for his cognitive knowledge and experience in diagnoses and applicable recommendations in applying healthy and resourceful solutions to ADHD and anxiety challenges. This is the place to go if you require professional documentation and support for the requirements associated with academic accommodation.
Spent a year with WBH and it’s such a shame that I had to let go of my Dr. The non-professional/front-end employees are rude, short, cold, and DO NOT care about their “customers” - money is king. Three times they asked me to reschedule my appointment. Then, in January of 2020, when I got sick and was not able to fly home from DC, I called them and the inconsiderate receptionist quickly snapped back with, “Well, then I’ll email your doctor and I’m adding $115 cancelation fee.” Oh ok. So you do it to me 3 times and when it unexpectedly happens on my end you instantly slap on extra fees ON TOP of the fact that I pay Dr. N $200 for each visit. She is wonderful, BUT there are many other options for that price. Think twice before working with these people- they don’t care about us.
One of my friends was getting treated for Psychiatric illness here. Within a very short period of time, he came up with drastic positive changes in his behavior. I am happy to say that he is completely fine now under their medication. I am glad to see such a remarkable organization. Thank you to the whole team.
This place is horrible and should be shut down. They only accept cash payments. That’s fine. However; I had a question about a reaction to the medication and was told I needed to wait until my appointment. This facility has zero interest in the patient. It’s all about the money. It’s sad. Many peoples suffer from a mental illness and doctors take advantage of these people. It makes me sick. I am in the process of filing a report against the practice. They took an oath to help people, but money is number 1.
The doctors were professional and caring. Beware of prepackage payments if you are near the end of your treatment. The WILL NOT give refunds of unused portions. They will give you vitamins instead. I have never been associated with a business that would not refund MY money for unused services.
Highly recommend! Wonderful experience from the front office staff, to the diagnogstians, group therapists, to Dr Jim Zettel. We wasted 3 years of time and money with other therapists. 3 years our grandson suffered and struggled. Now he's thriving. The difference in the past year here is unbelievable. We will be forever grateful to The Woodlands Behavioral Health and Wellness Center.
