This place gets a bad rap....it has always been clean and sanitary when I've been there...front desk is always attentive and polite....wait time was always minimal....only thing I would suggest is keeping the good drs there instead of shipping them out...

absolute worst service ever ! set up a new patient appointment for a local office, they took all my information and multiple calls to set it up.  The day before the tell me my appointment is over an hour away.  Was told that if i cant get there then i need to find another dr.  Disgustingly rude person who called me back, didnt get her name but she is beyond rude.  And people wonder why they are so scared to talk mental health with "professionals" this is the absolute worst place to schedule any kind of service

I went here for my medical needs, they spent years trying to figure out the cause of my shoulder pain, couldn't figure it out. Well, it was my gall bladder. I went septic & almost died, way to go, guys! Don't go to this place, they will ruin your life or possibly worse. RUN!

Poor communication skills and extremely rude and not understanding what so ever. I am seen for manic anxiety and panic disorder so I have a hard time sitting in a doctors office. They keep scheduling in person visits and wonder why I miss them. The system needs to do better and they have ignorant people answering the phones and taking messages. They have to check to see if they WANT to see me. After prescribing me medication I can not go without!

Wonderful new place and staff are very nice and understanding. The nurses and doctors make me feel like I knew them for years. I would recommend anyone to go to this office.

Excellent caring physicians and support staff! This practice is a hidden gem, now conveniently located in Wilkes Barre.  Making appointments by phone or online is tedious. I hear they are working on that

Always very pleased with the care given. Dr. Litchmann, the residents and nursing staff are great. Always pleased. Never feel rushed, always willing to assist with all my medical needs, questions, and concerns! Highly recommend.

Dr Deep Semar was great resident physician. Very nice persona and attention.

I have severe anxiety & panic attacks when it comes to Drs., Dentists, Hospitals W.C.S. even with gatherings & events but they were kind & did their best to put me at ease from beginning all the way to the end
