The Yoga Room is a Yoga based space that provides daily yoga classes, as well as workshops, special events and a platform for community and self growth.
The Yoga Room was founded by Jenna Minnes, current owner, manager and yoga teacher. Jenna is a seed of the East Coast, yet knew she always belonged in the mountains of California. After spending 14 years in Tahoe, she now considers this home. As an avid outdoor, yoga and life enthusiast, Jenna’s passion is observed through her commitment to the Tahoe Community and The Yoga Room. With over 10 years of massage and bodywork experience, a 200 hour teacher training and 250 hours of Ayurveda, Jenna continues to explore avenues of health, lifestyle and wellness to integrate and share with her clients and students.
