Awesome gym. Their staff is both supportive and non judgmental. Recently, I had the option for a free membership just few miles away. But, it was a no brainer.  Renewed my membership without a second thought. The Zoo is clean, fun and friendly. Been a member for years and love this place.

While the facilities are impeccable I was seeking a free trial membership.  They let me know they didn't want to have someone that only came in to shower after I had been in 3 times.  It was supposed to be a week long trial, but if you are not in good shape and do not have much money I would avoid.

Zoo Elite is outstanding. Always clean and well organized. Not crowded. Great equipment. Trainers David and Danielle have improved my fitness immensely. I highly recommend.

My gym. Period. I love it here! The staff is great and it’s always clean. I love that it’s close to my house and has really reasonable rates. I won’t be switching anytime soon!

I’ve been a member of many gyms in South Florida and this one has been BY FAR AND AWAY my favorite.  I actually went to another gym down the street for a few months because it has better reviews, but the zoo is awesome - it’s never super crowded, the people who go there are for the large part chill and friendly, and everyone who works there has been nice and helpful.  10/10

Cozy gym with a great vibe and everyone is very nice and friendly.  I’ve been training with David for couple of years. Besides being a great trainer, he’s a very nice person.  Would highly recommend it!

Great place to work out & take classes. Staff is always helpful & friendly. Gym has a family vibe & amazing equipment.

Cancelled my service and they confirmed I will no longer be charged 1 Called and they stated I was accidentally charged and they are refunding me 2 Refunded me and was charged again 3 Called again and they stated the last rep did not check off autopayments and I was accidentally charged. That they will refund my charge 4 Waited 10 days and was never refunded  Disputing the charge now. No time to continuously call.

Gym is always clean and never too busy or overwhelming. Jennifer, Lorenzo, and Mario are the best!
