I am thoroughly disappointed. The dress ordered failed to live up to expectations, and for the amount of money paid much higher quality should have been given. Throughout the entire process the scheduled date for the dresses completion was continuously pushed back. Miraculously, we received the dresses right before the quince but at horrendously poor quality. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. Horrendous customer service, horrendous quality, and a horrendous lack of accountability and professionalism.

Prices for the 15 packages are unmatched,very friendly employees! Unfortunately communication was an issue.

Disappointing, the worst experience I have had in the preparations for our celebration. I ordered, SINCE October 2021, the dress for my daughter's 15th party in June 2022, INCREDIBLY as of May 23 of the same year 8 months later the dress was not finished and Mrs. Patricia inexplicably told me no the delay was her responsibility, she maintained that she could not foresee in advance the situations that could cause delays or plan solutions so that this does not happen a situation that lacks logic if we assume that Mrs. Patricia knows her business very well Also the quality of the work leaves a lot to be desired, I attach two photographs; one is the dress that we ordered and the other is the dress unfinished which differs greatly in quality and finish as seen in the photographs Regarding this notable difference in quality between one dress and the other, the sloppy argument that the lady offered me was that: "the dresses that I show in the catalog are not the same that I am going to deliver to you, that is only a approximate of the product that you will have in the end and you should already know that”. ??????? Despite not having delivered the dress to me on the agreed date two months before the event and not meeting my quality requirements for which I paid, the lady refused to return the amount paid, the same as I claimed from her in a manner just for the evident non-compliance on her part Finally, I agree to return only 50% of the value, for which I was forced to accept the other half as lost for me in a very unfair way since the situation was generated by Mrs. Patricia's non-compliance. Finally, she blamed this situation on a lady employed by her for thirty years who ended up resigning and leaving her job due to the injustice of Mrs. Patricia in wanting to hold her responsible for a situation that was not really her fault or responsibility. Due to the lack of responsibility of said lady, I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND doing any deal in this business and if you do, take into account that you are not offered guarantees of quality or responsibility to finish the job on time or to recover your money.

I definitely do NOT recommend this place. We ordered dresses for a quinceañera lady for my daughters and the lady gave us the dress that she wanted, NOT what we ordered and very poor quality, in addition to the fact that she gave it to us at the last minute. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.
