I am a young entrepreneur looking to start up a business. Like most food based businesses, this is starting in my home. I am a driven individual and I know that I can make it in this industry. My product is classy, elegant, and worth the price. Nowhere around here seems to do gourmet chocolates so I'm looking forward to some friendly competition. A little about myself: I've always been in the food industry. It's just about all I know how to do. I started experimenting with chocolates in my high school culinary arts classes and fell in love. I attended Le Cordon Bleu where I furthered my studies and got my certificate for baking and patisserie. I can do special orders, I am flexible, and I love improving and changing things up so don't be surprised if I master a practice and add it to the menu! Look forward to some new, grade A candies around the lake area!
