Theory Wellness Great Barrington

I have been visiting this location for years. I've tried only a couple other dispensaries but Theory and specifically THIS LOCATION has never been a disappointment. The staff is always very knowledgeable and beyond friendly. You can tell they enjoy their job. I have always enjoyed my visit and even though I mostly do preorders, I am always in and out with almost no wait time. They are truly the best! Their product is also the best I've had as well

I have visited here multiple times. It’s such a breeze now that they do online ordering! Everyone is super super friendly and I’ve seen them take the time to answer any and all questions people have. Their prices are great and most times have great variety. Never been disappointed with any product And I’ve tried multiple. Would highly recommend visiting !

Very very lovely shop! Has tons of merch that's smell-proof and a warm and inviting atmosphere! Staff was sweet and so helpful, and walk-ins are welcome, but orders online are quicker and give you lots of information on the products. When I visited, they were having a Onesie Day for the staff, so the workplace seems fun as well. The products I purchased were potent and very carefully packaged with absolutely gorgeous packaging!, and other product options were displayed in a "menu" book at the front of the store. We were encouraged to sit on their couches and browse the product at leisure. All in all, it was lovely and quick service with amazing products, so I'd be more than happy to recommend this gorgeous place to anyone who wants a good dispensary experience!

I always enjoy my stops at Theory. The purchase process is simple, well organized and very efficient. Customer service is outstanding and the staff are both knowledgeable, and friendly. Each visit has been a 5 star experience.

Awesome dispensary In GB. Since there are more dispensaries opening up in the area the wait is only a few minutes. I love the variety. There’s only a few things I wish they would change. The containers for flower are so wasteful. The tinctures use to be better when they first opened up. I liked the Curaleaf brand which I use to get quite often. The Theory brand tinctures just don’t cut it and the black dropper containers make it hard to see how much is left.

Super easy and fast! Pre-ordered online, choose your items, they text you when your order is complete! You have to show ID to go inside! Once inside, it took less then 2 minutes and I was paid and on my way out! Would highly recommend this place for your wellness needs!

I've never been let down with the products at Theory. Today I went in to specifically purchase their “Bandaid Haze” anytime i see a haze strain i always hope for that original smoothness, the distinct smell and nostalgia of what it once was. I was not disappointed with this strain, however its not exactly what i was hoping for but still better than some of the cross-bread hazes I've come across at other dispensaries. I would buy it again and i hope more “original” strains make a comeback.

The selection and product types are the best available in MA. I was able to get a great deal on my favorite bud. I always leave with a smile. Still the best and most knowledgeable about what products they sell, the friendly staff are the best and the product is top grade no matter what you buy.

We've only been twice, but will definitely be back. We come from CT. Both times there were no lines to get in, me and my husband both got our pre orders and out the door in under five minutes. Love it

They are great! The dispensary is always clean and the associates are all pleasant and professional. I drive an hour to get to GB and pass 2 other dispensaries to get to Theory Wellness and hope to continue to do so!
