I'm trying to get this companies e-mail address to register warranty for RV fridge. Called several times, waited and waited on hold. Then I sent Facebook and Twitter messages for them to contact me. Nothing, do they exist? All I need is the e-mail address to send the warranty card.

Be informed. They knew I had water damage and never told me I couldn't get reimbursement if I file a claim as as apposed to my tech calling in!!!! Don't do business!!! Below it was they said: Unfortunately we do not reimburse, When a tech is involved they call in and start the claim, We then ship the part to the tech and give the tech a claim number then we pay that tech direct. When we make a claim with a customer and we ship a part to the customer. We do not cover labor as it is sent as a part only replacement.

We have always found that the engineering department is most helpful when we have had a problem with any of their products. I appreciate their willingness to give us suggestions when we are on the road. Driving down a road in an RV is like being in a huge earthquake so things get loose or develop problems from time to time. It is nice to know that the company stands behind their products.

I can only confirm that the customer service / after sales support of this company is by far the worst I have ever experienced! If you can avoid their product you are better off by far! Complete failure of brand new fridge N4000 Series. Dealer is helpless after change of control unit, failure persistent, Thetford apparently not interested!

I have worked for this company as a contractor since Dec. 2020 and hired in April, 2021. The people are great and very supportive.

Poor customer service and after the sale support.
