BUYOUT POLICY:
We know this will be the beginning of a beautiful friendship!
CHOOSING YOUR ITEMS TO BRING IN: We would appreciate that the clothing you drop off is - smoke free - stain free - freshly laundered - working snaps, buttons and zippers. In return we hope to offer you a fair price for your items and a 2 week or less turnaround for your buyout.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT: We will text you (or call if you prefer) that your items have been reviewed and we have an offer waiting for you. You will be offered a cash price and be written a check for the items we are keeping or 20% more in store credit. Store credit does not expire.
We choose items based on the needs of the store and our available storage. We will consider all seasons. For example, if we are overflowing with boys items 6-12 months, it is likely we won’t accept as many of these items unless they are very special. Please don’t be insulted by what we select. We appreciate your business and respect the many memories your clothing provides.
ITEMS WE CHOOSE NOT TO KEEP: When you drop off your items, we will ask if you would like to donate what we do not choose to keep. If you choose to donate the remainder we would be happy to mail you a check to save you a trip into town. In the future we hope to have a larger space that would allow us to have an area to sell all items we don’t select with all funds going to local organizations that benefit children. We do ask if you choose to come in for your buyout that you do so within two weeks. We will be diligent in contacting you and after four attempts and two months, your items will be donated. We just don’t have the storage.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS WE ACCEPT: In addition to clothing, we will accept children’s furniture based on space available, toddler beds, rockers, changing tables, and more. We accept equipment such as strollers, pack and plays, bouncy seats, booster seats , excersaucers, walkers (newer), walk behind walkers, ride on toys (preference for not plastic), hardcover books, toys (prefer wood not plastic), books for new parents, good condition cloth diapers, baby carriers, diaper bags and more. We don’t accept car seats or johnny jump ups or any recalled equipment due to liability issues.
We are thrilled to offer a nice selection of maternity clothing and we would love the opportunity to look at and make an offer on that as well.
BRANDS WE PREFER: Some ask what brands we like to carry. We consider our store to carry higher named brands mixed in with other very nice brands. We love the idea that we can make any kind of children’s fashion more affordable for everyone in addition to keeping perfectly good clothing out of landfills.

Shoes – Pediped, Robeez, Tom’s, Sperry, Ugg, Nike, Keen, Merrell, Stride Rite and others.
We like: Old Navy, Carters, Harajuku Mini, Gap, Justice, Levi, Oshkosh, Sonoma, Children’s Place, Circo, Cherokee, Merona, Falls Creek, Jumping Beans
Items that don’t make our socks go up and down: cartoon character items (unless classic), most decal tshirts, underwear (unless in package), and dirty socks.
