Very strange store, was empty, and amazing they are still in business. I called about a desk set I got as a gift that had issues, and the young lady was very nice about ordering a new one. They called and I went in to swap them. The lady that was there had no clue what was going in, seemed annoyed I came into the store empty and then was rude doing the swap.
Yesterday I went in to buy a gift and the male store associate was talking with I guess a customer at the register. They both seen me come in the store outside of the store bell constantly going off to alert the associate a customer walked in. I walked around the store to get a view of everything. The customer turns around and looks at me as if I should not be shopping in the store. I was clearly in the view of the male associate when I wondered wow he is not even going to acknowledge me with a "Hello... I will be with you in a moment." I politely walked out and will not be returning. Unreal the field manager needs to know about this! As well as corporate!
Wow what can I say by far the rudest customer service I have ever had. Came in just to browse see if something would grab my attention to buy. The lady said can I help u find something and i told her no thank u, she said oh I was talking to them but ok I can help. U know who u are , hopefully they hire better employees with customer service skills
They have 1 worker who may just decide to go on break when you come in as a customer. They don't put it on their business hours that this is how they operate so be careful before you drive down to their store. Didn't know ciesta was a thing in the American mall now days. Probably 1 of the many reasons malls are dying
The sales associates in this store no customer service skills at all. When you walk in they DO NOT greet you or offer you any help. Then when asking a question they only throw out prices. If there was another place to go to purchase my item I would, because I don't want to give them my hard earned money.
So I'm buying three items for my daughters graduation and there is a buy one get 75% off the next item sale. I was feeling fortunate.. Then when I pay, they take 75% off the lowest price of the 3 items. So if I had made 2 separate purchases one with the two expensive items and another with the cheaper one I would have saved $25 dollars. The manager told me it's store policy and so I called their corporate offices. Come to figure, their customer service department "Janet" said the same thing. Their policies are out to swindle the consumer and to those unfortunate not to notice the subtle act of stealing. Watch OUT folks is all I need to say.
The Young Lady that works there is Super Sweet and always helpful. I believe she goes by the name Shy Shy! $10 to get anything engraved. Not bad, they also always have sales so check there website before going in. It also only takes an hour to get something engraved. So make sure to go there first if you need something done.
They used to be a 5 operation, but given I had to go back 3x to have them correct their errors, I'd drop them to 2s, especially when they did not and would not apologize for their mistakes.
They can't engrave most things and what they charge for sticking your item in a machine, typing what you want, and letting the machine do all the work is astronomical! I should take my item to petco put it in the dog tag machine and do it myself!
Lots of items like pens, decorations, jewelry's and much more. U can buy just the items or have them engrave it too. Really friendly staffs, helps u with what u looking for, suggest if any help needed. Prices ranged from reasonable to expensive. Whatever u get it, it will be precious.
