I just left there 45 minutes ago. Poor customer service. WILL NEVER RETURN! The lady working was so rude would not let me ask questions about my $130 order that they did not complete. When I asked for the managers name she would not give it to me. Completely disappointed. Warning do not order online to be picked up in store. They will cancel your order without sending an email or notifying you it was canceled. For me I had to drive 50 minutes one way for nothing and a nasty attitude from the lady working. Then the lady would not tell me if my card was charged or not. Completely unsatisfied!
I came in 9 minutes before opening, I work during the day it’s already a pain to step away from work, and the girl was talking on the phone. I asked what time they opened and she said very curtly “at ten we open with the mall at ten”. I said I just had a pick up, which I already paid for, she said, again, very curtly” I’ll open the gate with the mall.” No smile no appreciation, no wonder half this mall is shutting down. Now I work in sales and this is just not the way you treat your customers! Attitude! I got it you have to open when you open, but whAtever I paid $50 for a small ornament for a friend, and I work a busy job too! It’s very difficult for me to get to the mall. This will be the last time I pre order or order anything from things remembered. Thank you.
Assistant manager was very professional she made suggestions she was very attentive she asked all the questions and answered all the questions that needed to so I can make a purchase. I will return because of the customer service was outstanding
They made a necklace for me, which I love. It did take more time than I thought. So if you're having something made as a gift, just do it well ahead of time.
