This is a great place to find a meaningful gift for someone special. I love the many different gift choices they have. Plus they engrave right on site within a couple hours! I definitely recommend going here when you need something special for someone.
Wanted to take a second to give a huge thank you to the staff at things remembered in the Warwick mall, you made something so very special for me, it was a frame that was a gift for my mother, she immediately started crying, my father then looked ad did as well, yes it was my words that moved them but thank you ever so much for helping be presented in such a beautiful way for her. Cathy & Elise both Manager and Assistant Manager are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! During my encounter of getting an engravement there was an unfortunate brief power outage which ruined the outcome of this last item, that was needed for a event in just two days! They both worked diligently to come up with a solution that was pleasing to me. Let just say more retailers can take a page out of their book for providing EXCELLENT customer service!!! I was having trouble with checking out online and picking up in store for an item that showed only one in inventory left, so I called the store and they allowed me to have the item put on hold so I could go buy it in their store. They also price matched the online sale price, and offered to order me a second one since I informed them I'd like to purchase two of the same item. Very helpful!
I had an amazing experience in this store thanks to Jessica!!! I went in today with no idea what to get for my co-worker. Once Jess saw me looking around for over half an hour all lost she engaged me, asked me key questions to better understand what I needed and recommended a few options that worked!!!!! Her patience and professionalism was amazing!!! I will definitely continue visiting this store as well as refer my family and friends to her!!! Thank you Jess!!! You Rock!!!
I recently purchased a bracelet with the name of a lost loved one, and the women who helped me were absolutely wonderful. They helped me pick out the perfect item to remember my loved one with daily, and they were very patient and understanding. I would highly recommend shopping here!
