I wish there was a way to give less than 1 star.  I used to LOVE this store before it went under new management but now I absolutely HATE it.  The new Things Remembered management company is the worst. Not only have they raised prices $20 or more but their  customer service is HORRIBLE.  I will never order from here again.

I had the best experience at this location while having a custom logo engraved on a small number of client gifts. The order was done within a few hours and the gifts turned out perfectly. Cindy, the manager, was great throughout the entire process.

The woman running the store last night was exemplary. I had made a mistake on an online engraving order and between the efforts of her and her superior they replaced my order and etched in a new, and correct, engraving on the same day. Top tier customer service, thank you so much Things Remembered team for saving our anniversary present.

Cindy sold my fiancé and I our serving set for our wedding coming up in May as well as some other items for our family over the last couple of years. She is always so polite, but I was so extremely hesitant to bite the bullet and purchase the set, because of course they were a little pricey,  but my conversation with her made me feel at ease. When I came to pick up my item, in maybe less than an hour, she has added a special engraving that we didn't even know about. Good Customer service is the cornerstone of any business and the business that this woman serves happens to have beautiful items to sell and beautiful people selling them. Her conversation about the piece I wanted seemed genuine and she is a blessing for always helping me with the purchases we make from Things Remembered. Truly and pleasure working with her.

The manager helped me out with my order. Made excellent recommendations and couldn’t have been more helpful! She was very personable and had a great sense of humor. Felt like I was working with a family member. I’m coming back for sure!!

Typically have had a good experience here. Ordered a gift for my wife 8 days ago, was assured it would be here by 12/20. I even called during the week and the person on the phone ensured me yet again it would be here by then. I called to check in my order was in to which they person on the phone sounded completely confused. Initially said yes then said they do not have it. It is now 1727 I have to leave the country tomorrow and do not have my product. In explaining that to the person over the phone they stated they were sorry to which I could hear who I presume is the manager say “Don’t be sorry” in a disrespectful tone.  Not sure if this is their idea of running business: disrespect to customers, false promises, and shifting the blame.

I had the worst experience at the Things Remembered at Marley Station Mall. I came to the Arundel Mills location and Cindy was phenomenal. I explained to her what happened at the other location and she took great care of me. I came back a second time to have a gift engraved for my niece's wedding and she did an awesome job. Thank you Cindy for always being pleasant and very helpful.

After years of relying on this chain to have military memorabilia engraved, I experienced the worst customer service at this establishment.  Although two of the reps working the counter outright refused to honor my request claiming engraving challenge coins is only accomplished by one of their “managers,” a third refused to even look at me. I was in uniform, only to drop this item off, for a quick-turn request for presentation. I was met with hostility for requesting that they do their advertised job. I will never visit this store again, choosing to drive any distance to visit another location.

I was in Arundel  Mills Things remember tonight April 12 2016 Time 820pm and was Treated very badly by the lady that's working . 1st of all i was in the store  for 15min before  she acknowledge me.  When she did i told her the items i wanted to purchased .she immediately  said well i cant engrave them tonight. I said no problem  i will want till someone here . speaking of the nice lady that worked on Sunday afternoon . And she responded  well she is off the rest of the week. i ask for a snow globe  and she said i couldn't get it because it was in the back room . someone help me understand  i wanr to make,a purchase and it is in the store and you going to tell me to come vack. Dont make much since to me. She was very rude and i will never shop in there Arundel Mills if she is working i will go to Columbia  mall.. i will call corporate tommow no one should be treated like that.

Things remembered is about specializing gifts for important moments. Cindy at this location understands how important theses moments are and she gives specialized attention to each customer. She does a great service at Things Remembered!
