I have always been athletic since i was in the 5th grade when i signed up for basketball. I played all the way up to high school. unfortunately, I did not know proper nutrition. Once i had my daughter i wanted to live a healthy and active lifestyle for myself and her. I became a fitness trainer and learned more about nutrition. Now I'm ready to help people reach their goals. No matter how big or small we can reach it together.
