I am an independent certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor teaching group and personal training sessions in Mount Prospect Park. I offer an inexpensive, safe and effective way to train using what the park has to offer, some of my basic equipment and 15 years of experience to help you meet your fitness goals. I work with all fitness levels from low-impact to high-intensity training.
