Thomas Branigan Meml Library

My husband and I have been in withdrawal during this past week with the closure due to cleaning and such. This is one of the best stocked, most willing to order, knowledgeable and friendly libraries we've known. We visit often to read newspapers and periodicals, check out movies and use the computer to order books. We never leave empty handed. Kudos to all, especially Trinidad. Read on!

I love this library. They are always hosting events and the librarians are all lovely. Great selection of new books and DVDs. And they have a decent selection on Libby!

This place is great. The people are always very friendly and extremely helpful. There's other stuff to do here, but honestly I love the books!

Thomas Branding Library offers many services that most people don't even know about. I think more people should look into all the services that public libraries offer.

I love my library! Staff are very helpful and the mix of people large and small, who pour through the doors show it to be the heartbeat of our community. It is a tribute to the love of reading!

I love coming here. It's so much better here with no Covid restrictions in place. The computer room is operating full throttle. A virtual library has been added, which is new to Branigan. They have about a thousand DVDs videos you can borrow, mostly older movies however there are plenty of recently released movies. Audio books available. There's free Wi-Fi here, also, charging ports for your phone and daily addition newspapers from across the nation library. Upstairs there's a huge reading area with practically every magazine you can think of.

Elizabeth, gave me excellent service and help me find what I was looking for. The person at the checkout was very friendly and polite.

The library is fully open. They have a movie rental section. A kiddie section and also you can check out books with manual toys for child development. They have a computer lab, clean restrooms, and even a water fountain area to fill your water bottles. There's lots of regular parking, disable parking spots and even a bike area. Come check out the huge mural art and the stone art on the weekend with your kids.

They took the kids computers because of covid books literally hold more germs and you cannot sanitize them you didn't have to take the computers out computers can be sanitized after every use and have plastic covers you can put on them

It has a knowledgeable and friendly staff and as libraries go it's okay. But they decided to remove a lot of the comfortable seating for merely sitting and reviewing books before you check them out. It seems things are changing now that the pandemic has lightened up. All in all it is a perfect place for knowledge and socializing with those of like intellectual pursuit.
