I have been calling about a billing problem since the end of September. They are billing for a physical therapy appointment I did not have. Every time I call they read from a script. "The bill in question is in the review process. I will have someone call you back." The billing department does not have any onsite supervisors or managers. I was told they could send an email requesting a supervisor or manager call me. This is ridiculous.

I took my father to the er and I was so disappointed in Jefferson. My sad 76 yrs old failing health. He came to the er by way of ambulance and was put out in the waiting area, were we sat out there from 5pm to 10:30 pm and was told there was a 8hr wait Tim and we had to wait 3 more hours to be seen! I took him to another hospital and was kept and was diagnosed with a mass in his lungs and had covid. Don't bring your family member here!!

They were pretty quick to see me. I liked that I was able to adjust my appointment through email. The main problem I have- is that no one knows about cost/prices or insurance. I was referred to a doctor outside my "network" on another floor. I had no way of knowing this at the time. They have no idea what my insurance will pay and my insurance won't tell me what they'll pay until they see the bill.

The most caring folks, they care.

Just find some place else. They will kill you.. they didn’t listen to my concerns. My baby ended up being a stillborn at 33 weeks

Not the best. Also, its not the worst.
